This was the 2nd time that we've had Nate out to work on a door. He is punctional, professional and his work is excellent.

Everything went really well. Nathan came out to see us (was early, too) and got that spring replaced very quickly.

Great! The offer covered everything. They were prompt and professional. They even made a minor repair that they noticed that could have been a safety hazard. The motor was better than we expected too. It has a light and a keyless entry and even two remotes. It is REALLY QUIET too, which was a nice surprise. We're very pleased with the service and the value for what was included in the offer. We hired them because of their great reviews on Angie's List and because they had the offer available for what we needed. We weren't disappointed!

Nathan consented to our request. He determined that the noise was coming from the older, existing screw drive in the overhead traveler. This is not related to the new garage door which was installed. He made a few suggestions regarding an improved traveler. He did replace a misaliged rivet on the garage door. We are very appreciative of his assistance in this matter.

I had them come out to install a garage door opener. Unfortunately, they were not able to install the motor because of my attic access. They were able to provide me with another option very quickly. I wanted to think about it so they did a tune up and replaced the rollers. They were very easy to communicate with and will use them once I decide what to do with the opener.

They were here no more than ten minutes. Tightened springs and lubricated.

I called and Nathan answered right away. He was able to give me the pricing over the phone and I had a brand new spring just a couple hours later!! I was very pleased with the quick response. They sent out James and another gentleman (didn't catch his name) and they were super quick and gone in a flash!! They even gave the spring on our other door a couple of quick cranks to tighten it a bit because it wasn't quite holding the door up. Very happy that I called them! Nathan was outstanding. He answered the phone immediately, he was very friendly, I explained the problem, set an appointment, he was on time, and fixed the issue by replacing the springs. The door works great now. He did recommend replacing the garage door soon (it's very old), but no high pressure sales tactics. When it comes time to repair or replace the door completely, this company will be my first choice.

Perfect! Nathan checked all parts of the garage door and made some adjustments. The flange was sticking to the door, causing the jerking motion. It required lubrication all around the flange, and now the door moves smoothly! I appreciated that he told me I had purchased a more costly deal of $99, when I only needed the $59 one and to contact Angie's List for the adjustment, which I did!
