Description of Work: I paid $89 to Perfection Garage Doors to have our door tuned up & have the rollers replaced. The serviceman was just here & advised that the entire garage door needs to be replaced, so doing the requested maintenance is not needed. I'm not ready to have the door replaced, so he said to contact Angie's List to get the payment (PayPal) refunded. Will you please do that for me? Thanks.

Although they performed the work, they did not describe the work that was done and discuss the condition of my Garage Door, Spring, or opener. Description of Work: They were there less than 10 minutes. I guess they checked everything-springs, screws, etc. and oiled everything. I was hoping they could tell my why our door openers were not working all the time because I would have hired them to fix it. All they said was that they were old and we could put them on separate switches and that would help. It didn't help at all. So I was a little disappointed.

Description of Work: A spring broke on my double garage door. I called Perfection early in the morning and the technician came about 4:00 pm the same day. Since only one of the two springs was broken, he offered to replace the broken one for $99 or both for $150. I elected to have both springs replace. He was finished in about 15 minutes. The door operates perfectly.
