Description of Work: Took awhile for a part to come that ultimately I didn't need. They misdiagnosed the problem initially and I need a whole need opener. He didnt charge me for the labor or for coming out, which was appreciated. It was slightly annoying waiting and waiting for a part that we didnt need.

Description of Work: My garage door would not come down. Called my old garage door service provider and they no longer do residential work. They refered me to Perfection Garage Door. I called, and when they came out the door worked. They did not charge me for this call. The next day I had the same problem. Perfection returned and the door would not come down. I needed a new garage door opener which they installed a day later. I was pleased with their work.
