Description of Work: This was an Angie's Big Deal. I paid for it and then a few weeks later received a call that they would be in my area within the hour and could they come and do the tune-up. Because I was home, I said yes. The tune-up took less than 15mins. I saw one of the guys tightening bolts, but I am not sure that they did $60 worth of tune up. It seems they tightened the bolts, fixed the light and were done. We have had our garage tuned up before, but it has NEVER taken 15mins and then done. It just seemed too quick, especially for $59.00.

Description of Work: The only down side for me, was that the gentleman finished the garage door tune up, and, just as he was getting ready to come tell me he was finished,the door started acting up and refused to go down... weird timing... but, at least the new opener should last another 15 years...

Description of Work: Bought a big deal for garage door tuneup and roller replacement. Since my garage door is so old, they couldn't do the roller replacement, which wasn't needed anyway, so traded in the Big Deal for just a tune-up. Punctual, professional and helpful. I would use again.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal of $59 for a garage door tune-up and full door inspection. Nathan, owner, was very thorough and proficient. I was experiencing a loud screeching noise every time I raised my garage door. Nathan explained that a couple of the hinges needed to be tightened and that I needed the system lubed. He is very experienced and knowledgeable.
