It went very well! They were able to replace the entire door (with all new hardware) and fix the garage door opener for about $150 more than it would have cost to replace just 1 panel (and fix the garage door opener)...plus they applied the $59 maintenance fee that I had paid on Angie's list toward the replacement/repair. The owner was able to schedule my door replacement 2 days after he visited and gave me the estimate, which I sincerely appreciated because of the lengths I had to go through to get my garage door closed...and it was getting worse every day. The workers arrived on time. I felt bad for them because it was such a rainy, gloomy day but they were very positive (weather was not an issue), they got the work done quickly, they were polite and professional, and they cleaned up after they were finished. My garage door works perfectly now! AND...they matched the color of my original door perfectly! I would definitely recommend them.

When I entered my garage and the 1st technician walked up he looked as if he had seen a ghost. I spoke and he did not speak nor answered any questions. Poor customer service. The 2nd technician apologized for his rudeness. He did not replace 4 of my screw so the door slipped. Based on his actions I will say it was intentional.

It went very well. Nathan was very honest with them and let them know that they did not need to spend money on a new opener. He was able to correct the issue and did not try and sell them services they did not need. I have had them out to my house and have experienced the same level of professionalism. Will definitely call them again for any garage door needs

They were pleasant and did a very good job. They were very prompt. They checked with us on the details of what we would like done, and when finished, they went through it, and showed us what they did do. We were very satisfied with it, they did an excellent job.

The tune-up itself was great: they were efficient and fast, and explained everything afterward. The only remotely negative thing that happened was that we had to pick up the phone to call them to get everything scheduled. (We purchased the deal, submitted availability, and didn't hear back after a week.) Would work with them again in the future.

Nathan came out and looked at the opener. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. I needed a new opener, he didn't try to up sell and answered all questions. Nathan came back out to put in the new opener the next working day, very quick install! I got exactly what I wanted at a good price.

He was really nice. He checked out the garage door to see why it was making a squeaking noise. He lubricated the door with the appropriate kind of lubricant. He made some recommendations. We didn't have to replace anything, but he talked to us about effective ways to control cost if we needed to spend more money later. I was definitely happy with him. He was very professional, trustworthy, and efficient.

Was on time, flexible with my schedule, and thorough. He adjusted my belt, lubed the rollers, checked and rewired my sensors properly and it didn't cost any extra.

Nathan was on time... Actually earlier than I expected...Very professional and in my opinion very good at what he does...Prolly took less than 15 minutes to have it up and running very smoothly again...I would recommend PGD to anyone I know
