Description of Work: Very well. Great service, reasonable price. Considering replacing two doors and he was $300 below the nearest of three other companies. Additionally he is the sole employee so accountability will be no issue. Plus he is a straight up guy. Will never call anyone law!

After explaining the details of what was likely the problem with the opener, we chose to repair the unit. He arrived on time, did the work as discussed at the cost quoted, showed the worn out parts and explained what repair he made along with the warranty on his work. Overall, very pleased with his work and professionalism and will call him any time we have gargage door problems.

+ -1 moreHe was able to get to me within a couple hours of my call. His service call price was less expensive than other companies. He probably could've tried to sell me new tracks and a new door (I don't know any better.) but he was honest and didn't over charge me. He quickly fixed my problem, made a few adjustments and I was back in business! I will absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: Nathan came out and did a great job (I think that was his name. I'm really bad with names.) He was very nice. My garage door was jammed and wouldn't open or close. It was stuck in the open position.

I will recommend him and will certainly use him again. He reminded me that his work was warranted for 1 year, so if I had any further problems, never hesitate to call day or night. As an Angieslist member, I received $25 off the service call, which made his visit very affordable. Thank you Nathan for a job very well done!! It was a pleasure meeting you.
Description of Work: Nathan inspected our springs, reset the tension to specs, lubricated them and inspected all mechanical parts of the door.

They were very informative and went out of their way to give us advice and temporarily fix a problem until we were able to get our door replaced. None of the other companies even suggested a temporary solution. You couldn't beat the price. We are very pleased with our new door. The day it was installed we were at work. They completely cleaned up their mess and our garage area was spotless and we love our new door. We would recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe service Tech was prompt, replaced the broken spring and checked out the operation of the door. A positive experience all around.
Description of Work: When the coil spring on your garage door fails it can be a serious problem, especially one or more cars are parked inside the garage. That happened to us the afternoon of July 18. No warning, the spring just broke, leaving the double door in the full down position. I called the original supplier of the garage door, a major player in the area, and set up the next available service call almost 24 hours later. Deciding this was just not acceptable, I check Angies list and settled on Perfection Garage Doors, which promised after hours emergency service. A quick call and we were set for service before the end of the day. The Perfection Tech arrived as promised, replaced the broken spring and serviced the hinges and rollers on the door. I consider the price for the service to be reasonable on considering that we were in a dire situation. Anyone finding themselves in a similar situation should call in a professional. Don't attempt to raise the door or try to replace the coil spring unless you are a trained professional at this sort of thing.
