He did other miscellaneous things too. He did some other electrical things in the house. He also worked on a window and put a window in where they had broken in. It turned out okay.

It turned out very well. They were quite prompt. The price was reasonable. They squeezed me in. I didn’t have to wait. They were very pleasant and efficient.

The service and timeliness was great. I appreciate the honesty because he could've have easily told me it was something else and I would not have known any difference. If I have any other concerns, he will be the first person I call.

They replaced 2 springs on my garage door in less than 30 minutes at the lowest price I could find. Quick work at a reasonable price, they would be my choice should I need work done again.

It went great. Nathan is very professional. His price was $300 to $600 less that other companies for the same products. He ordered the door and opener, and it arrived on schedule. His technicians arrived as scheduled and did a great job installing the door and opener. They reviewed all the information and answered our questions before leaving. They took the time to do the job right! Everyone was professional and very nice to deal with -- no nonsense.

I got home from work Tuesday and found my garage door didn't rise. I called around to some garage door places around Brownsburg from 5:15-5:35PM that evening. Most places were already in "over time" and were going to charge between $200-350 just to come to my house, and that didn't include parts or repairs. I saw Perfection Garage Doors had great reviews, and they listed their hours as until 8:15 PM. So I called them, and got a tech right away who told me exactly what the problem was. (he knew from my terrible description that I needed a new spring, and gave me the price right then. The other places I got an answering service and was told I would get a call from a tech later in the evening. Most called AFTER perfection had already fixed my garage) An hour later Dustin was at my house, and 25 minutes after that he was gone. Dustin was really nice, explained exactly what happened, and fixed it quickly. After he told me the exact price I had been quoted on the phone, I told him he was getting a great review on Angie's list, and he told me I got another $25 off for being a member. (so the repair was only $174! Less than what other places were going to charge just to come to my house)

Perfect! I called Perfection at 4:30 PM and explained the problem. After getting my location information, I was told they would be here in 35 minutes. Two techs arrived in about 30 minutes. Which was great since I had been waiting for another garage door company since 9:30 AM. The techs went right to work replacing both cables, a bad roller, and checked the operation of the door. I am happy, happy, happy.

Nathan is always providing excellent service! His crew responds within a few hours and I can trust the problem will be fixed correctly the first time!

On Saturday I discovered I had a broken spring on my old garage door (original door on house built in the 50's). Called Perfection and talked to Nate on Sunday. Explained situation and that I was considering replacing the whole garage door anyway. He explained that if I replaced the spring now to get the old door working it (the springs) would not be able to be used on a new door if I decided to replace it maybe a few months down the road (this is what I already figured was the case). Nate gave me an approximate quote for a new door (which includes the tracks, springs, etc.) His quote was less than other online quotes I had gotten earlier in the day for roughly the same door. I made the decision right then to go ahead and have the door replaced. I told him it could wait a day or two for him to work me in (my cars were outside the garage). He indicated he could move some things around be there around 8am Monday morning to get started. His crew showed up right at 8am and took some measurements. They returned an hour or so later with the new door and went to work. Part way into the job they showed me where a couple of the primary wood planks that hold the door tracks bolt into had rot damage. They gave a quote to replace those which was reasonable. They got the wood and finished the job. They cleaned every thing up and hauled all the old stuff away. Even with the extra carpentry work they were done by about Noon and I have a nice new (and much quieter) garage door. Nate stopped by during the job to make sure things were going well. Nate and his crew were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to others based on my experience.

I called on Sunday afternoon around 2:00 PM and Nathan, the owner, answered on the 2nd ring. I explained that the spring on my door had snapped in half and got a quote over the phone. No extra charge for Sunday and $25 off for Angie's List members. :) Nathan explained that he had a technician that lived in my area and he'd have the technician call me back within 15 min to setup the appointment. 10 minutes later, Dustin, the technician, called to setup the appointment for the same day. Although, he was currently out of town, he was willing to swing by later this afternoon. Dustin called a couple of hours later to let me know that he was on his way. It only took him about an hour to replace both springs on my 16' door. While here, he also lubed all the rollers on my 16' door and lubed the spring and rollers on my 8' door. Dustin was very professional and did quality work. My wife and I am extremely happy!

I had no issues getting the service scheduled. They were willing to come out the very evening that I called them, as well as the next morning which worked better for me. The service provider arrived promptly at 8am. He completed the work within 30 minutes, and was on his way. Not only did we get a new spring, but our garage door is a little quieter too!

I called nathan in the late afternoon after the spring on my garage door broke and trapped my car in. Nathan came out that evening at 6 pm to fix it for me. He showed me where the cables were frayed, but didn't hard sell me into replacing them. Overall, I was very impressed with his puctuality, the price, and the quality of work. Highly recommended!!

Went very well. I called on a Tuesday and the Representative (Dustin) came out on Thursday. He was on time, very polite and professional, answered all my questions - including those about a new garage door. The price was great. I would definitely recommend you call Nathan (owner - who was also very nice) and schedule them for your garage door needs. I will call them again if I have any problems, and to check about a new garage door.

Went well. I called on a Thursday after 6pm and didn't expect anyone to answer. Nathan answered and even offered to come over the next day for the repair, but I could only work him into our schedule for Monday. He arrived and dealt with my husband. Everything seems to be working smoothly.

A+! I thought the spring was broken, but it turns out the rollers were off and door just needed some adjustments. Nathan was extremely prompt, I called him on a Friday for service and he was on a job about 15 minutes away and said he would come over in about 45 minutes. I was very impressed with the same day service! 1 year warranty on the labor and we will definitely use him in the future of needed. Thank you Nathan! Keep up the great work!

Great customer service and overall experience.

Received quote and selected the garage door color. They scheduled the install but had to reschedule due to low stock level (the only stock available had dents, appreciate that they watched out for us by letting us know and waiting for new stock). Installation went smoothly and they came back a second day to complete since we had to move some shelves to give full clearance to the new door.

I called at 11:00 AM for a service technician to replace a broken spring. A technician showed up that afternoon with new springs. He took less than an hour to replace both springs. He lubricated the springs and rollers before he left. I was very pleased with the job.

Nathan has very professional, worked steadily & quickly. This was his 2nd time here a few months ago he installed new opener & torch pad very quit system!!!

Returned my Saturday call and was here first thing Monday.

We woke up to a broken spring on our garage door. Being that I didn't need to get the vehicle out on Sunday, I waited to call Perfection Garage Doors on Monday morning. I called around 8:30am and Nathan scheduled being at my house between 11:00 and 1:00. He called to let me know he was on his way and was about 25 minutes away. He arrived around 11:45am. Nathan was very courteous and knowledgable. It took him maybe a half an hour to replace both springs. He accepted Visa processed through his phone and emailed me the payment receipt along with the work receipt in paper. I would definately recommend!

Everything went just fine. You never think how important it is to have the convenience to come and go with the use of a garage door opener until you are stuck! Nathan was very prompt and efficient. Thanks a lot for the great service. We may be in contact in the spring/summer for new garage doors for the three units. Keep up the great work.
