Nathan lived up to the company name Perfection Garage Doors. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend them.

It was easy and convenient.

They were absolutely fabulous. They put this garage opener for me so I got a pad outside. I didn't even know how they got the wires through it but it works likes it on. You just plug the numbers in and it goes up. Then they fixed my other garage door. The wiring was bad, it wouldn't go up and down and they fixed it all for the same price. They didn't charge me anything because they said it was part of the second "Big Deal" I bought to tuneup the garage door. They fixed it perfectly. I'm thrilled about those guys. Everything works and they didn't charge me a dime more. They were in and out within a couple of hours. They were very professional. They worked hard and were nice guys.

Answered my call and scheduled appointment at requested time. Arrived on time. Very professional. Explained work needed and provided explanation after work was completed. We have hired another company in the past for garage door Repair. This experience was far superior.

Our repairman was prompt, professional and courteous. He knew right away what the problem was, and fixed it in five or ten minutes. He took the time to explain what the problem was and the steps he took to fix it. When I asked him if I could go ahead and write him a check, he said that since it was such a quick fix, there was no charge! We will definitely use Perfection Garage Doors again.

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday and I called Perfection on Monday morning and left a message. I got a call back from Nathan within 10 minutes, I decribed my issue and he said he could be out the same day to fix it. By 2 pm he had been to the house and had my garage door fixed in no time at a great price.

The gentleman was on time and professional during the installation. He also installed a remote door opener on the outside of the door frame. He was able to answer all of the questions I had about the new opener. The only thing that was forgot was a general inspection of the track, door, and rollers. This was as much my fault because I forgot to remind him. I was very pleased with the installation and the door opener is working great.

I called for a tune up of my garage door because it was getting loud. It end up, one of the springs had broken. When I made my appointment I spoke with the owner and he made my appointment. It was also the owner that showed up to my house to do the work. I would highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They were extremely responsive and were able to schedule the appointment within a few weeks. He showed up exactly on time, inspected our door, the tracks and the opener. He made a few adjustments, lubricated the wheels and tracks and pronounced that everything was in great shape. It was really nice to have a service person who did not try and sell us additional parts or services.

The owner Nathan set up an appointment for the very next morning, was here promptly, and took less than an hour for everything. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth, taking time to answer all my questions. Very satisfied with his service and his pricing. It was great! Nathan arrived right on time and worked quickly to get the door up. He hauled away the old door and made sure everything was operating correctly before he left.

I called Nathan several weeks ago to inquire about installing a garage door for a family member, and he was very informative and his prices were good. When we heard our garage door spring break I called Nathan again, he wanted to send his men immediately but waited until we got back from lunch. They were unable to install the springs that day because they had to be special made for our oversize door 60 year old wooden door. They came back the next morning and replaced both springs and moved them from the sides to the center. We use our garage for storage and the workers were patient while we emptied 3 feet of space so they could access the springs. We used our Angie's List $25 coupon and our bill was $174. We were very pleased with their prompt response, and good work. We are glad that a family member recommend them and we see why they are highly rated on Angie's list.

Came home and garage door wouldn't open more than a couple of inches. When I pulled the release it crashed to the floor (glad I didn't have a toe under it). Called next day but I was not available until the next day and only in the morning. They had a tech stop by on his way to work 8AM and he had the springs on his truck. Even though only one was actually broken the difference in price for replacing one or both demanded that I replace both (after all they were about 30 years old. Looking forward to having them replace the entire system in the next year or so.

Nathan himself came out and replaced the two garage door motor units with the top of the line model. He was punctual and very professional. He did a few extras at no charge and cleaned up very well including taking the old units. Cannot stress enough how quick and professional he was. Would highly recommend and use in the future if ever needed.

The owner answered every question I had while selecting the final products. He was patient waiting for decisions, I never felt any kind of hard sell. A couple times he suggested less expensive options, but I was set on getting full replacement with high quality parts. And, a couple parts that he didn't have in stock were upgraded to even better versions at no extra charge. The installation was done in a day, and they took away all of the old equipment. I would recommend Perfection Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.
