I have never used this garage door service before; however, Nathan treated me like a valued customer. He walked me through what was necessary to fix the garage door. I think that is outstanding service. I would like to nominate Perfection Garage Doors as Super Servers.

We contacted Perfection Garage Doors during our Polar Vortex because our spring broke on our garage door. When we called we got a live person which is always a plus. We called at 9:30 am and Nathan was able to come by 12:30 pm. He was able to change out the spring and have our door working in less than 45 minutes. He also took off 25.00 for using the coupon on Angies List. He was polite and courteous we will definitely call Perfection for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

They were on time and did a good job of completing the tune up in a timely manner. I would use them again.

The service was great. The owner was very friendly on the phone and the serviceman was also very nice. Service was done as scheduled with no problems. When I need a new garage door I will definitely call them._x000D_|

Showed up on a day that was terribly cold and nasty and did excellent work!!!!!!

These were two separate trips that they had made out. Both times they did a very good job and got all my problems solved.

I was very pleased with their service. They came on time and did not try to pressure me to pay for any additional services. I would definitely use them again!

The recent cold snap caused the tension spring to seize on my garage door. When trying to close it, I managed to tear the arm of the opener off the door AND knock the cables out of track. I had put off calling anyone for a week, fearing how much it would cost. Nathan from Perfection was great, though. I called this morning, hoping to get someone out within 36 hours, and he was able to get to my house less than three hours after I called him. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He only charged me a house call fee, as he didn't have to actually replace any hardware. He also pointed out that my garage door is starting to split, but it wouldn't be a concern for another year or so. I will absolutely call them back when it's time to replace the door. Thanks again!

My Garage door broke on the coldest day of the year, January 6, 2014. The garage door would not go down and all the hinges snapped between two panels, so they were just hanging down. I called Perfection Garage Doors and talked with the owner Nathan. He came out that evening and put my garage door down for me which involved taking every panel off the track and putting it back in place so it was closed. He did not charge me anything that evening as I was going to need to replace the door. His crew came back on Wednesday and replaced the door. I could not be happier with the service I recieved from this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would have given Perfection Garage Doors all A's except for one thing...they were late. I waited an hour on the appointment day and then called to find out where they were. The gentleman I called was VERY apologetic. He said it was his mistake... he had simply forgotten to write down the date and time of our appointment. The Perfection Garage Door techs were at my house within an hour...still apologizing for the mix-up. All is forgiven! They did an excellent job...very polite and courteous. Our garage door opener is quiet and smooth. I would not hesitate to call this company again!

They did a very nice job. They showed up when promised and were done in about 3 hours. The price was better than another provider contacted and the work was fine. I'd use them again.

I noticed this morning that my garage door would not open. Discovered one of the springs had broken. I got on Angie's List this morning and found Perfection Garage Doors. Now remember we are still in the middle of one of the worst snow storms in the past 20 years but Perfection was able to get to our house today and had the springs replaced in 30 minutes. He did an outstanding job and was on-time. Great Job!!

They were on time and professional. They were done within 2 hours and everything went well. I ordered it on Friday through Angie's List and they did it on Monday.

Great communication and they were able to come out next day to replace a broken spring. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Nathan arrived at the designated time and finished well under a half hour. Suggested I ask for a refund on the deal and buy the $59.00 deal instead because the rollers did not need replacing. Great service and saved us money.

I called and spoke wih Nathan mid morning and he scheduled someone (Dustin) to be at our home later the same day. They were very professional, punctual, friendly and they didn't try and upsell me on other expensive services. I appreciated Dustin's explanation of the work he was doing. Everything went just fine and the job took no more than 40 minutes. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them without reservation.

Nathan was able to come over within 15 min of calling as the garage door spring had broken and both cars were in the garage. All told the garage door was back in service less than an hour after starting the search online. Wow can't beat that for service...on New Years Eve even! Thanks Nathan

I was very pleased when I called this service provider early in the morning and, was told that he would be there within 30 to 45 minutes. I thought that I may have to wait till the afternoon to get someone out to fix it and being busy that day, I was glad to hear that I wouldn't have to wait around for my garage door to be fixed. Can't say anything about the price since I don't shop garage door springs but I think it is in keeping with the others. I can say for certain that I was very happy with their prompt service.

We called these folks because of their good ratings on Angie's List. He came that afternoon, replaced the spring, replaced several of the other aging parts, and oiled the opener. Works like brand new -- can't even hear it when it goes up and down!

Excellent service. I purchased an Angie's List BigDeal for a Liftmaster opener with 2 remotes and 2 keypads for $399 which was a great deal. The inital contact was made within 1 business day to schedule the install. They were available to come out as early as the next day. The technicians were friendly and had the old chain driven opener removed and new unit installed in about an hour. They explained everything to me and made sure to tell me to call if I had any questions down the road. They went above and beyond to replace a couple of missing screws in the door hinge that I didn't even know were missing. I would highly recommend Perfection Garage Doors to anyone needing this type of service. The installation techs arrived about an hour after the scheduled time but that was the only thing that wasn't perfect about the whole transaction.

Of three companies I contacted on AL for quotes to replace my two-car garage door, Perfection was the only that didn't respond. I called and left a message asking for a quote and received a prompt response. Nathan came by my house while I was at work and took measurements for my garage door and offered me a very good quote with a quick turn-around time. On my call with Nathan I informed him the rails may have been damaged and he assured me new rails would come with the new door (which they did, but see below.) The door was installed promptly and the door looks great. I noticed however that they re-used the hinges from my previous door. When I spoke with Nathan he assured me it was to reduce the cost of installing a new door, however this was not mentioned with the original quote and I assumed that new rails and a new door meant they would install all new equipment. When the new garage door opened it would cause a "turn signal"-like noise. It turns out the cause is that the travel was not properly adjusted after installation, causing the door to open too far, triggering an alert. I was able to manually adjust the travel to fix the issue, but I wish it hadn't been an issue. Also, the lightbulb on the garage door opener no longer works. I haven't had a chance to swap out for a new bulb yet, however it certainly was working prior to service. I would use Perfection again because they were a good value and very responsive, but they don't quite live up to their name.

It went well. Very professional. Even adjusted the spring and recoiled the cables and didn't charge extra. I will be buying a new garage door opener from this company since I had such great service.

Garage door spring replaced. Oiled and checked rollers and inspected all door parts. I also needed a new remote which he set up for me. Great job.

It's 4:30 pm the day after Thanksgiving. My husband pulls into the garage and closes the garage door on his way into the house. A few seconds later, we hear a loud bang. Broken tension spring with both cars in the garage. You know, those doors are pretty darn heavy when there is no spring assist. Great!! A holiday weekend . . . how long will it take to get someone here? . . . how much is this going to cost us? Well, it took Nathan less than two hours to get to us and he charged the same rate that he would have charged if we would have called in the middle of the work week. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. He was done in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use him again. In fact, I already have an appointment to replace an old garage door opener.
