Terrific service, prompt and well-executed.

I called Nathan because he was highly rated. I had two garage doors, a double and single, where the auto reverse feature was not working properly i.e. would not go back up if a solid object was blocking its path. Instead of taking some easy money for a 5 minute fix he walked me through a simple fix to try before he would come out. That was all it needed and I was able to fix both doors in under 5 minutes. I will definitely call Nathan in the future should the need arise due to his unwillingness to take advantage of my garage door ignorance.

It went well. The technician came over and within an hour the work was completed. We were happy to be able to utilize our garage again!

I realized the Big Deal didn't include a new door, which I also very much needed. I spoke with the representative who said he'd come out to measure and basically, sold me a door over the phone. The installer came early on the day in question (it was a race day on the west side of town) and worked for about 2 hours putting in the system without any interruptions for me. He told me to come out and he showed me how the system worked. That was it! He left everything very well put together and left. Good Job. Very complex system.

Great service from Perfection Garage Doors. We bought the $399 Liftmaster 8550 special and all came through as advertised. Installation was quick and the new unit is quite nice (and very quiet). Will come back to Perfection for any future garage door needs.

My garage door broke as I was taking out the trash in the morning before work. I found Perfection because they were highly rated and had several deals listed for AL members in their profile. I called before 7 a.m. and my call was immediately answered. I explained my problem and it was communicated that they could be out there that morning. That was important as my garage door was stuck in the open position. I asked if I should buy any of the deals and the owner said that I should wait to see what the tech found and if any further maintenance was required before I spent the money. As it turned out I only needed my cable assembly replaced with no further work, so I appreciated that I did not buy a deal that I ultimately did not need. I received a $25 credit on my work as an AL member and I was extremely pleased with the level of service from the initial call until the tech left that morning with a fully functioning garage door.

The repairman showed up as expected, did his work to get my garage door back in shape in the total of 15 minutes. I bought $59.00 coupon form Angie's List for $99 job special. The job was done with excellent job.

I called Perfection Thursday morning to schedule a time for someone to repair my old garage door. I had to leave a message on their voice mail. Within 5 minutes Nathan called me back. I told him my problem with the door. He said they could be out that afternoon. I explained I wouldn't get home from work until 3:30-4:00. When I got home around 3:45, they were in my driveway waiting for me. I showed him the door and the problems I was having. He said he can fix it but the door really was in bad shape. Which I already knew. I just wasn't wanting to go thru the expense of paying for a new door. He offered a really fair discount because I am an Angie's List member. It made the total cost much better than expected. James came out Saturday morning and within a couple hours has the new door installed, hooked up my my garage door opener and hauled the old door away. Needless to say, I'm thrilled with both Nathan and James. Great Job! Very professional.

I originally purchased a Big Deal with this company. The owner came out and decided the deal would not cover the work needing done. Everything was wonderful. They were quick and we were very satisfied.

After sending initial message via angie's list responded is less than two minutes. Had and appointment setup for next day within another two minutes. Could have arrived early but called to make sure someone would be home. Arrived on time after my wife left work. Completed work quickly and professionally.

I bought a package deal from Angie's List after my old garage door went out. Nathan from Perfection was quick to set up an appointment and got me fixed up asap. The tech was right on time and walked me through the work and even gave me advice and future maintenance. They didn't have a part on a truck for another fix, so they set up an appt. came back and did th work and did not charge me a second service charge visit.

We purchased from his Big Deal. At first I was disappointed with the product and was reluctant to call him back on a job that was not very profitable. My husband did call him back. It turns out that there was a simple fix and his response was excellent. We would definitely hire them again.

Eight days after placing the order, James, the installer arrived with our new Homelink door and Lift Master opener. The installation was was quick and easy. After installation, we needed an adjustment to the door. Nathan handled the adjustment shortly after we reported the problem. Everything about the process was done on a professional level and we are very pleased with our purchase.

I experienced a catastrophic failure of my garage door on a Saturday afternoon rendering it damaged and not functional. Nathan answered my phone call that Saturday afternoon, and scheduled a good time for both of us to get together. We met and Nathan explained the options for the doors, very straight forward. We discussed all the options for the opener, he explained the differences between the 3 types and gave very good opinions on each, backing up the opinions with detailed examples and warranty information. Made a decision on the spot and scheduled the replacement as we stood there. The technician that came to install the door was prompt and pleasant. He briefly explained what he was going to do, and got right to it, no time wasted. I was very surprised that he was going to do the complete install of both the door and the opener by himself. He assured me that it would not be an issue and how it was possible. I worked in the house and in no time he had completed the work, about 3 hours. He explained all the warranties and told if there was ever an issue to contact them and it would be handled. Showed me all the features of the equipment, thanked me and was on his way. The manner that Perfection Garage Doors handled themselves and the work that they do is fantastic. Many thanks to both of these guys.

The installation was originally scheduled for Jan. 3- the day of the big snow. They contacted us and rescheduled in a very reasonable time. The installer showed up at promised time on an icy day and completed the installation is a short time. We were very happy with the service provided and would recommend to anyone needing a garage door or opener.

It went very well. The fix was easier than we all expected, so they promised to come back and perform another cleanup if we had issues in the next few months. Performed exactly as we needed them to.

Phoned Perfection Garage Doors to replace a broken spring in a double garage door and asked about replacing worn/torn bottom seals in both double doors. Price was very competitive... I had quoted two other garage door companies to compare. Nathan wasn't sure if he would have the correct bottom seal on his truck, since there are many different kinds. So I asked if I could text him a photo of the bottom seal, which I did, and he was able to identify the specific type needed. I phoned them around noon on Monday, and Nathan offered to come that same day, if needed. However, I said it wasn't necessary, so he sent one of his crew, James, around noon on Tuesday. James explained what he would be doing, and answered my questions. A set of springs on the door was $199 (including house call), and bottom seals $40 each. Work was completed in a timely manner.

It went well. Nathan was on time.He recoded our remotes and showed us why we were having trouble with them. He did the work in a timely manner and was very pleasant.

I contacted Nathan about 9am and he was out about 12:30 to look at the door to see if he could fix it or if we need to replace the door. Luckily, it was able to be fixed. I did get an estimate for a door for future information and seemed quite competitive.
