Called ahead to confirm arrival time, was punctual and professional.

I contacted Nathan and left a message and he PROMPTLY returned my call. He was available to have someone come out the same day and asked what would work for me. He said he would call back before sending someone to advise if they would be on time, and he did just that. The repair person arrived on time and fixed the springs and was very kind and courteous. I was impressed, as I've worked with other contractors in the past who don't return calls, so they rank high on my list! I would definitely recommend! Very pleased with their service.

Garage doors are about 10 years old and had become increasingly louder and not opening smoothly. Nathan came out and said the doors and openers are fine and when we got our garage doors painted, the weatherstripping was sticking to the paint. Gave us some vaseline, we lubed them up and they are now quiet again. Simple fix! Very prompt, very nice, and best of all said he was in the area and since there was nothing to fix there would be no charge. Such a nice guy! When our garage door breaks, we know who to call!

We ended up purchasing the garage door openers through Angies List (we got a great deal)! Someone from Perfection Garage Doors contacted me within a couple of hours and they were able to accommodate one of my suggested dates of service (which meant we did not have to take time off work for this)!. The technician showed up on time and finished 2.5 hours later! Very professional, went through the information, how to use, how to register, etc...Quality product, very quiet! Would absolutely recommend Perfection Garage Doors!

He was punctual, very informative and professional. I would use again. He was there for the two car garage door, but went ahead and did the same thing for the one car garage door for no additional charge.

They were here less than 5 minutes. I’m not sure if they did anything. I couldn’t go out because I was recuperating. A screw was still loose when they left. I asked them to fix the I beam but they said it wasn’t possible to fix it.

Above my expectations. We had been setting up for a garage sale when the spring on my garage door broke. When I called Perfection very late Monday for service, Nate offered to come the next day. However, I chose to have him come on Wednesday because of my schedule. Nate replaced both springs on my garage door and was very understanding about having to move some of the garage sale items from the area where he needed to work. After he installed the springs, he noticed that the door was not going up and down smoothly. He made MAJOR adjustments to the track, which obviously stemmed from an improper original installation of the garage door by another company. He also lubricated the rollers, hinges, and springs. Now, it works great. We have lived in this house for 14 years and the garage door was already installed when we bought the house. We had had springs replaced by another company 6 years ago and they didn't even notice the problem. Nate did all of this extra work without any additional charge and his price was reasonable, plus I used the $25 coupon from Angie's List.

When I went to open my garage door to leave for work at 7:30 in the morning, one of the springs broke. After a quick search of the list, I called Perfection. They were polite on the phone and were out later that morning (albeit 20 minutes later than originally discussed), did a thorough and professional job, and charged a reasonable price. Quick, professional, and reasonably-priced service. Too rare these days.

He was out of the part, but put in a clamp to tide us over until the next morning when he came and put in the new springs. Personable, professional, responsive. Excellent service. I've already decided to go with Perfection when we replace the door itself.

Very honest of him and the remaining work was done promptly.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and performed well. In fact they called and said they had a chance to come a day early if I liked, which I did. They cleaned up everything and left me with a new door and no headaches

I called to have them come and fix a persnickety garage door that kept opening. They fixed the problem quickly and I bought new remotes that would work with both bay doors. They were prompt and informative.

door.We contacted him again after the repair started to fail and asked him if there was anything that could be done. I don't think that we implied that the repair would be on him because he had warned us that it might fail. We were seeking his opinion about the repair-ability of the door. We contacted him a second time and didn't hear from him again. It was our assumption that if it couldn't be repaired, we would have contracted him to replace the door. We obviously didn't do that since we never heard from him again.

They scheduled me quickly and were happy to perform the additional item of work for a reasonably small upcharge. They took the old pieces away with them. I was well satisfied, however I wish they'd also greased the wheels/track.

I had problems with my garage door opener. Justin came out like he said he would on time. After telling him my issue he said it was the eye of the garage door opener. He found one that was loose. I asked if he checked the other one he said yes. He sprayed the springs and tightened the bolts on the hinges. Was there about 20 mins. 2 days later I had problems with the door opener again. I checked the other eye and it was really loose. So he didn't check it. I called Justin and left a message stating the problem and never heard back from him. I have had Overhead out before and they are there for the same amount of time. I guess you have a large company that you can complain to opposed to one person doing the job. He is knowledgable just doesn't care I guess since he is done with me and moving on to next customer.

He was on time, very honest, reasonable, quick and service prompt. They were trustworthy and very punctual.

Installer arrived on time and finished job quickly without incident. He gave me complete verbal instructions and manual and reminded me to register opener with manufacturer.

They were wonderful. He was out here within 2 hours. They are very professional, punctual and the price was very good.

I called yesterday and talked to Nathan and he said he would be able to have a technician out this morning to do the work. I was surprised this morning when he showed up instead of his worker. He said the guy who was going to come out got busy with another job, so rather than reschedule my appointment Nathan came out. That impressed me! And on top of that he worked fast and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks, Nathan!

Nathan has always been very responsive and prompt to our garage door needs. He installed two garage door openers which due to an update to the Home Link system by the manufacturer did not allow our in car systems to open the doors. Rather than charge us for a repeater, he recommended contacting the manufacturer for their program (i.e. provide free Home Link repeater). We did and they provided the device free of charge. Nathan was kind enough to return and program the repeater to work with our cars so we no longer have to use the provided remote controls. We also contracted for him to replace the worn bottom seals on the doors. He did this, be flexible with our schedule - he was on-time (actually early - a good thing) and did an excellent job quickly and at a reasonable cost. We will continue to use his company for future garage door related needs.

I I called Nathan about 8:15 this morning. Had to leave a voice mail. He called back within 10 minutes. Told him what the problem was and he stated he could be there about 11:00. Called me back about 10:00 to say he was on his way. Arrived before the appointed time which was fine with me. He replaced both tension springs. He completed the job in about 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly, fast working, and very competent. I was able to use my AL coupon for $25. I was really relieved that my garage door was fixed so quickly. I feel that I got a good deal & will call him again for garage door service.

Nathan came the morning after my call. He arrived early ( calling first) and quickly went to work. He finished replacing the cables,inspected the doors and left. I'm very happy with his work.
