He inspected my door and replaced the weatherstrip. Checked to make sure all was running ok and that the springs and rollers were working good. I got the a ok and was very pleased with this man's friendly and helpful service! I will call him again and use word of mouth to all my friends and neighbors!

Nathan was very easy to communicate with and got back to me even on weekends. James did a great install and even added the indoor trim to be able to mount the rails. They were very easy to work with and to meet my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

We are new to Carmel area. Took advantage of the Angie's List online special offered. Company was responsive and easy to schedule. Came on time, performed services perfectly, and was very helpful. Will use them going forward.

Same day service. Nathan was professional and timely. The work was completed in about 20 mins along with a check of the overall door's condition and operation and lubrication of the rollers. I also saved $25 as an Angie's List member. I'll definitely call Perfection Garage Doors again if needed or when I'm ready to replace the garage door/opener entirely.

Nathan was very responsive in scheduling and completing the tune up I had purchased. He was very thorough with the tune up and in explaining why I was having problems with the door. He was also very responsive when I called back to schedule replacement of the opener. He is very neat, considerate and professional in his work. Though he told me that I may have to replace the opener he was not at all "pushy". He suggested I try it after he cleaned out the debris. When that didn't work he came back. I receommend this company highly!

WE HAVE A 60 YEAR OLD GARAGE DOOR THAT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND SEEMS SOLID. WE HAD JUST INSTALLED A NEW GARAGE OPENER 6 MONTHS AGO AND THEN HAD TO REPLACE TWO NEW SPRINGS LAST MONTH. WE SAW A SPECIAL ON ANGIES THAT PERFECTION GARAGE DOORS WAS OFFERING TO SERVICE AND REPLACE ROLLERS. WE THOUGHT THAT THIS MIGHT BE SOMETHING FOR US TO HELP EXTEND THE LIFE OF OUR GARAGE DOOR. . I CONTACTED NATHAN AT PERFECTION GARAGE DOORS. HE CALLED ME THE SAME DAY AND EXPLAINED THAT HE COULD SET UP DAY AND COME AND REPLACE THE ROLLERS AND INSTALL NEW CABLES. WE AGREED UPON A DATE THAT HE WOULD COME AND DO THE WORK. HE CONTACTED US THE DAY WE SET FOR INSTALLATION TO LET US KNOW THE TIME HE WOULD ARRIVE. HE ARRIVED AND HAD THE JOB COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND INSTALLED A BRACE THAT MY HUSBAND HAD NOT DONE WHEN HE INSTALLED OUR OPENER. THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH NATHANS WORK. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIANT WITH HIS WORK. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.WE WOULD RECOMMEND NATHAN AND PERFECTION GARAGE DOORS TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK ON GARAGE DOOR.

Replaced all rolllers, made sure that things were well lubricated, checked things a few times to make sure all was good.

Garage door works great now. My wife and I were very happy with the service. I corresponded with Nathan who answered all my questions promptly and was able to see us in a time that fit our schedule. Will use in the future!

Had a little trouble with communication. We were not notified when he would be coming but we found out that Angie's list does not give out your phone number. So they had no way to notify us. We were very pleased with the professionalism and the service and would definitely use again.

That was real good. There were no additional charges. There were no complaints. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

Showed up on time, tuned door installed new rollers. Oiled every part and tightened all bolts. Reset opener as far as tolerances and everthing is smooth and quiet.

It could not have went better. I asked for the first appointment of the day, and the technician arrived right at 8am. He had the whole tuneup and limitations corrected in about 25 minutes. He was helpful in giving life expectancy of the existing openers we have and gave me a crash course in what to look for when we get around to replacing our garage doors in the coming years.

I thought everything went very well, but when the home inspector (this was for the buyer of my home) checked the setting for the safety feature (when there is an object that the door is closing on, the door should automatically stop and open) the setting was wrong and the door continued to close. Had this not been corrected some damage could have occurred.

Done in 30 min and all back to good working order.

My experience with this company was great from start to finish! I put in a message to the company on Sunday night via Angie's list and Nathan called me back first thing Monday morning and was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone based on pictures I had submitted. He came out the next day and left a written estimate and brochure. When I called back to schedule installation, there was absolutely no problem arranging a date and time that worked with my work schedule. The installer arrived promptly, and was extremely professional. Great care was taken to make sure no screws, etc. were left anywhere in the work area where they might puncture a tire. He also made a point of installing the new door a bit closer to the ceiling of the garage than the old one which is a fabulous bonus; the tailgate of my vehicle no longer bumps the garage door when both are open! I would not have thought to ask if that were possible. The new door and opener are great! The door operates very quietly, and I'm looking forward to having the added insulation this coming winter!

Nathan the owner was very nice to work with, I emailed him asking for a quote and within 24 hours he called me back. He came to the house, measured the garage door and entry doors, showed me colors and gave me a quote right away. He did tell me it would be cheaper to order my entry doors from Lowe'sand that they would pick them up. I really appreciated him giving me that advice. I set the appointment up and was called the day before with a reminder and a call when they were coming that day. James, works with Nathan, showed up on time and installed both the garage door and entry doors. He did a very nice job, he was professional and started work immediately. Everything was cleaned up. James works hard and takes pride in his work. I would recommend this company to anyone for fast and professional work. Nathan and James are hard working a deserve "A" for service.
