The service went well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. One technician came out and completed the job quickly. I did not deal with the technician while they were out. He was efficient and did exactly what we needed.

The original call was a service call because our garage door sometimes reversed on its own. The owner came and looked at the door and said the gear was worn. He could adjust the chain but it would eventually fail. He gave a fair estimate to replace the garage door. A crew came on the date and time promised and replaced the garage door. We thought we might have to have a new garage door opener, but the crew member was able to adjust the opener. The crew was efficient and courteous. A few days later, we had trouble with the garage door refusing to go down. We called Perfection and they sent someone out right away. He said the sun was hitting the electric sensors and preventing the door from closing. He reversed the sensors and we have had no problems since.

Very well, arrived on time and pointed out a few things that needed assistance.

The problem was that the wrong door was installed and the right door had to be ordered, which took approximately 2-3 weeks and another week to arrange to have it installed. Other than that, the work was professional and the provider was friendly. It's just that there were a few glitches with this job. All in all, I am pleased and would use this provider again.

Installer showed up right on time if not earlier than expected. He was very prepared and after introducing himself he went right to work. Install was fast and the installer is very good at his job. Would definitely use again.

I contacted Nathan at approximately 8:30am this morning (12/12/2014). He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and had a service technician here by 11. It took the service tech approximately 30-45 minutes to complete the repair and service the opener.

The crew from Perfection Garage Door were friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job in the timeframe they indicated. After installation was complete, they walked me through the features and use of the equipment, etc. I would highly recommend them for future service to my neighbors and friends.

My wife and I came home on Sunday to find that the garage door would not open. I inspected it a bit and found one of the springs had snapped. I quickly searched Angie's List and found Perfection Garage Doors. They were highly rated and I can see why. Nathan got back to me quickly and was able to schedule me at 8am the next day. He was very polite, knowledge, fast, and professional. He was in an out in 15 mins and the price was very fair. I would hire them again for future work. He even gave me a couple of quotes for garage door work i might want done in the future. All were priced below what I would assume is the average price after searching the internet.

My wife and I woke up ready to leave and the garage door did not open. I suspected it was the spring, and with it being winter time I was hoping I would get someone out today. I looked up Angie's list and saw their A rating, and their recent reviews showed they would come out the same day. I called the number and spoke with Nathan. He was on the road headed toward another job, but said he could come by in the afternoon, and I was glad that he was coming out the same day! He showed up a few hours later, and while he was working on the door and took my dogs for a short walk. By the time I got back he had replaced the spring, and even lubed the 3rd car garage door in the meantime. Very prompt and courteous service. I would definitely use them again.

We've used Perfection 2x's now, the most recent being the day before Thanksgiving, as we were trying to go out of town, when a spring broke trapping our car in the garage and they go to us in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We ended up at our destination on time.

Service Technician was very quick and efficient. It was about 10 degrees out, but he stayed to make sure I was fully satisfied with the product. Was very impressed.

Called this morning and they were out to fix the spring the same day, without any additional costs or overtime charges. This was a pleasant surprise since the 3 other companies I called couldn't be out until next week or incur hefty overtime charges. Very satisfied with device. We will definitely use again.

I initially bought an Angies' list Tune-up for $59 because my garage door was sometime acting weird and I thought it would be good to get it checked. Right after buying the Tune-up the screws that attached the system to the door fell down. So I was glad to get a message from Perfection Garage Door letting me know that he would come the day after between 9 and 11am. He came around 10am. He was really nice and quickly fixed the problem. Then during tune up he saw another problem and told me we should think about changing the gear and sprocket because it was working bad. I asked him to do it and so he did. He then showed me the old part with the problem and I understood why my garage door was not working so well these last weeks. The bill was $35 for the reinforcement bracket on the door which seems ok to me. For the chamberlain gear and sprocket I paid $125 because of the extra labor and this is what looked a little expensive to me. Overall it is an A and I will definitely call him for next tune up or repair.

Our garage door was acting up and I called Nathan after reading the reviews on Angie's List. He got right back to me within 5 minutes. I asked that my door be serviced and he was able to come out in 2 hours. He was punctual and professional. He said that the spring was broken and showed me where. I agreed to have it replaced along with regular maintenance. I went back in to the house and literally 20 minutes later he was finished with the whole job! I had neglected to tell Nathan that I was an Angie's List member and he took off the discount immediately. I would recommend him!!!! Thank you Nathan!

Had someone else out 3 times with no success. There was a $99.00 tune up offer. He found that I needed an electric eye. It was another $50.00, buy it was worth it to me so that the problem was fixed once and for all.

Nathan did an amazing job. He worked around our schedule, arrived promptly, and was knowledgeable and professional. He worked very hard to minimize our costs. He is extremely proficient and fast. We will be using him for all future service.

Great customer service, responded to emails quickly, quoted via email, invoice matched quote, showed up on time, was friendly, and got the job done quickly. Would recommend and would hire again.

They company came out today to take a look at my garage door for this Big Deal I purchased. He let me know when he got there that I need a new garage door and that he could not do the work since it was not a brand he works with. He was a little short with me and it came off in a bad way. I will be getting a refund for this deal.

Nathan and his team are very responsive and professional. I had called several providers to price shop. Perfection was $150 less than the next closest estimate! I called the day before to check our arrival time frame. They were right on time and completed the work just as requested. They had retained all the information need to call me after the work was done as the location was our rental house. They had previously done some garage door maintenance work on our residence the previous week. We experienced the same high level of professionalism and responsiveness at this service.

The complete job was done is about 20-25 minutes. I felt confident of the providers skill and my opener is running very smoothly.

Dealing with Perfection Garage Doors was, well, perfection. I called Nathan after having a terrible experience with another local garage door company, Precision Door Service. Precision Door Service tried to sell me $763 worth of what I suspected to be unnecessary "repairs." I sent them packing, checked the reviews on Angie's List, and called Nathan. He arrived within an hour, and had everything inspected AND repaired in less than 30 minutes. It cost me only $249, and not only is my garage door fixed, but my interactions with Nathan, and his obvious integrity, left me feeling respected and satisfied as a consumer, not insulted or irritated. I had a great experience, will use this company again, and have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

When nathan arrived he knew what the problem was. He told me that he was unable to do the tune up, he said that he would refund the service call.

My garage door squeaked and make awful noises when going up and down. After service from Nathan it's quite and runs perfectly. I will definately use Perfection in the future!

My garage door broke on Sunday. I chose Perfection Garage Doors from Angies' List and made an online appointment. Nathan contacted me later that night and asked that I call so he could suggest some possible DIY fixes to save me the cost of the visit. After speaking with Nathan on Monday morning, we determined that he would need to come to the house. He was here 20 minutes later, saw that the spring was broken and, more importantly, determined that what I *thought* was the problem was really not a problem and did not try to "fix" it. He replaced the broken spring and was finished in under an hour. Nathan was very prompt and responsive, explained everything to me, and completed the work in a professional, clean manner. He honored the Angies' List coupon even though I had neglected to print it. The cost of the service seemed very reasonable and the work was warranted for 2 years. I would definitely use the services of Perfection Garage Doors again.

We can't believe how quiet our garage door opening is!
