Performed tune up the week before where it was determined I needed a new garage door. Door replacement was performed the next week. Great service!

When pulling into my garage I accidentally bumped the door as it was not all the way up when I tried to pull in. Thanks to the bump one of the wheels came off the track and the wire cable came off. I was unable to open or close my door and was worried about getting it repair before night fell. The last thing I wanted to do was keep my garage door open all night. I called Perfection Garage doors and they were out in no time. The tech showed up quickly and fixed the door. The service was great! I will certainly be using them in the future.

They were able to set up an appointment the day after I called. I was given a short 2-hour window in which they would arrive and they were right on time. It turned out that our door wasn't opening because a wire had shorted. That was fixed as part of the tune-up and there were no extra charges (which seems rare these days). The job was done, fast and well!

Very responsive. I called Perfection Garage Doors on Jan 8 and explained that we had a broken hinge on our garage door and was afraid that the door might have to be replaced since the hinge had pulled a chunk of metal our of the inner side of the door. I also explained that since the door was still working this was not an urgent repair (especially since the weather was bad). Nathan stated that they likely could repair it by using a larger hinge and scheduled be for Monday, Jan 11. The repairman arrived promptly and had the garage door repaired and tuned-up quickly and professionally. I'm sorry that I don't remember the individual's name because he was very professional and proficient.

I have used this company in the past and will continue to in the future.Nathan is always prompt ,courteous and does a really good job.

They promptly scheduled the service, showed up on time (a little early even), and performed the work in less than an hour. Garage door works better than ever. Should have done this years ago.

Nathan's crew was good. The tenant had no complaints about his crew's level of professionalism. I think the job was done well and the price was reasonable. There was a slight lag in communication between us and Nathan, but no miscommunication. I would recommend them to other people.

We had bad weather one day but he came the next day. He was very nice and friendly. He serviced the door and made the adjustments for me that I had requested. Everything was fine.

Excellent service! I was impressed by how quickly the removal of the old and installation of the new opener was completed. I took advantage of a discount for a premium garage door opener and includes battery backup, motion sensor, and the ability to connect to the Internet. They also discounted the price of the door tune-up. With the addition of an Internet Gateway device, there is an app (and website) that provides access to control the door and provides configurable alerts that are sent via the app, text, or email. At the time, the manufacturer was also offering multiple rebates and free items.

Nathan came over and tuned up the garage door. I though I'd need new rollers, but he informed me that I didn't, so I was able to save a bit there. The garage door is now moving smoothly thanks to his tune-up.

Everything was fine. Everything was good and there were no issues. There were no additional charges to the $59 Big Deal purchase price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Work was scheduled for two days after my call. Very timely. They called the day of service to ask if they could come an hour early. That was fine with us. Really liked the communication. Arrived promptly. Recommended changing both springs since the good spring had some years on it. Only $40 extra. They were done in 20 minutes!! Really makes a difference when you have experience and the right tools. It would have taken us 20 minutes just to drive to a store to determine what we needed. The workers were very personable and polite. Gave us our Angie's List discount. Couldn't be more pleased with this service.

Very responsive with answering and returning phone calls. Installed new opener within two days of initial contact. Arrived earlier that scheduled and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. New opener is operating well. Would recommend Perfection Garage Doors without reservation.

I bought the coupon for a new garage door motor, but the motor is fine and the actual door is the problem. I didn't know that. I do not need a new motor so I would like to get a refund because I do not need it.

They arrived early and called to let me know that they were early. My garage door had not been serviced in several years and was beginning to creak when it was in use. They checked it all over. Tightened all bolts and lubricated all the joints. I was impressed with their thoroughness. They gave me several suggestions on care and upkeep which I appreciated. I would use them again.

The provider did not contact me within 2 business days of my purchase of the big deal as Angie's List said they would. Nathan is great to work with OCT 2014: He came out on time to check the door but had a problem with his truck that day and came back a week later - at our convenience - to finish the tune up. We decided to also replace a 30 year old garage door opener and Nathan did that too. He did not try to "sell us" a new opener; that was our decision. JAN 2015: Had an issue with a pulley cable and Nathan was out the same day to fix it. We highly recommend Perfection Garage Doors and will use them again if needed!

Called today at 10 a.m. Nathan, owner operator, said he was pretty busy but would try to get to me today. Checked comments on Angies list and was impressed with comments and Nathan's responses. He called me at 2 pm said he was on his way. Nathan arrived at 2:30 and completed the job in 30 minutes. He was polite courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding service! Nathan did everything he said he would do and more. He called ahead and arrived on time. Once here, he removed and replaced the failed garage door springs and took time to explain what he was doing along the way. He inspected the door and opener and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We will call Perfection Garage Doors for all future garage door needs.

Was supposed to contact me in two days it took about 4. Once contact was made everything went well and he was very helpful and educational. I would recommend this company.

Had used overhead doors before without any problem. Had been a couple years and was not having a specific issue with garage doors but thought I would check out to be proactive and because of the deal. My first mistake was realizing that I had two garage doors so they charged double for the service. That was on me, however I believe Overhead door did not charge me for both in the past I believe. I can't say Perfection did anything wrong or did not know what they were doing. My issue was they were done in less than 10 minutes and said everything looked fine and I had no issues. My experience with other provider in the past was that they spent more time, did some adjusting, oiled, etc.. Just didn't have that confident feeling at the end because of prior experience.

The technician was quite knowledgeable and competed the repair work in an effective manner.

One of my springs on the garage door failed on Saturday night some time and I called Nathan today, Monday, at Perfection Garage doors (after calling a few places before reaching for Angie's List). I contacted him at about 8am this morning and he gave me a window of 12-2pm. Nathan called a bit before 11 and said he was ahead of schedule if that worked. Now when does that happen?... He was here about 15minutes later and working on the door. It's 12:10 now and he just left after replacing both springs and replacing the rollers. After telling me the springs were done he recommended replacing the rollers in a year or 2, just so i knew what was needed. I told him to do that too since he was here and would save time. 15 minutes later it was finished. I am totally impressed with his service, speed, and oh yeah, I forgot to mention his prices, notwithstanding the Angies List coupon, was about 25% less than others I called. Would I call him again, yes. Would i recommend him, definitely.
