The provider showed up and changed the location of the sensors. He then made adjustments and the door staying shut problem was gone. He then made further adjustments along with lubricating rollers and rails. Three months later and everything is working perfect.

The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He arrived at the very end of the scheduled window but he was not done until after the window was over. The work was done well as far as I know. I purchased the tune-up through a Big Deal and used the email system here in Angie's List for communication. A time was offered to me and I accepted but did not receive any confirmation; I had to call the day before the scheduled time because I had not heard back. The answer I received was, "I do the scheduling. If you emailed, it's on the schedule." Maybe I'm out of the ordinary, but if I'm planning to meet someone during business hours on a work day, I expect some kind of confirmation.

The service turned out just fine. Scheduling the service was fine. It kind of really depends when you need the service. Of course when your garage door opener does not work anymore, it is hard to get in and out of the garage and you want it serviced as soon as possible. With the Deal thing, you basically just put things online and then, they contact you later and schedule an appointment. So, that just takes time and that is just kind of a disappointing thing about that kind of situation. When something is broken, you want it fixed right away. You do not want to wait a week for them to get through the process. I think that is my only concern about that process. They were prompt and showed up when they said they were going to show up. They got the work done and it went just pretty much as I was hoping it would go. There were no problems. They were easy to work with.

I called Perfection Garage Doors at 8am to replace a broken spring on our garage door. He confirmed his availability and made a same day appointment to replace both springs at 1-3pm. He was very prompt and even arrived a few minutes earlier than 1pm. We paid $174 to replace both springs and he did the work very quickly. I would definitely recommend Perfection Garage Doors.

Last night as my mother rolled into the garage and closed the door she said it sounded like an explosion. A quick exam when I got home showed that the spring broke. It wasn't an emergency so I waited until 7am (the posted opening hour) though they do have an emergency number. Honestly, I didn't ask any questions, not even price. I called them instead of another company I'd seen on TV figuring that no ads meant lower overhead. There were all A ratings on Angie's list so I figured I'd be OK. A quick Google search told me that a spring replacement would run $200-$300. Not how I wanted to spend it, but it could be worse. So, at 7:01, I called and Nathan had me scheduled for the same afternoon within just a few minutes. They arrived by 12:30 and said it was a piece of cake. They were done fairly quickly and everything is running smoothly. To top it off, it was less than the Google guesstimate. No disappointments here. Thanks Nathan!

I had Perfection out for a garage door tune-up special and to replace garage door seals. Scheduling the work was a breeze. The tech for Perfection showed up on time, did the work, walked me through what was done. The gentleman was extremely courteous and professional. The rates for the given work were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Perfection Garage Doors over some of their more well-known competition!

It turned out alright. They came out within the week or week and a half from when I purchase the big deal. I wasn't there so I presumed that they did that. He could've probably been a little more prompt. It seemed like there was some confusion with communication. I probably would use them again.

Our garage door opener broke on Wednesday, and we quickly were able to get an appointment with Nathan of Perfection Garage Doors to replace it the following day. The replacement was completed in about an hour. We highly recommend Perfection Garage Doors and their fast, friendly, and professional service. The price of the opener replacement was very reasonable (including two remotes), and Nathan also replaced our exterior keypad as well. I have a 14 year old garage door opener that I inherited from a previous owner. The provider fixed the tension in the springs, cleaned the tracks, greased the opener / chain, and fixed the sensitivity issue that I was having. He was very polite and timely despite me missing his message about setting up a time to complete the service. I would definitely hire him again when the time comes to replace the opener and garage door.

I've NEVER been given a 2 hour window before by anyone and had someone show up 10 minutes early! So awesome! I showed the service man what was wrong, he told me it was an "easy" fix, and now my garage door works like new again! I'm a fairly new home owner, and these people are definitely going into my rolodex of people that can fix things I cannot!!

I had an old Genie garage door opener that was on its last legs. I called several places, and the pricing for Perfection was right in the middle. Nathan was responsive, punctual and professional. He had the older opener out and the new one installed in less than an hour. He came out the next week to swap out the standard wall unit with an upgraded one that has a Vacation setting and a few other features. I especially appreciated that, even though he told me the door was pretty out of balance, he didn't try to sell me into having anything done at that time and instead just recommended I have it re-balanced when I need a spring replaced. I would highly recommend Perfection to anyone needing work on their garage doors and openers.

Nathan was fantastic. Definitely A++ on all areas of service - price, quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and yes he arrived at the time he said he would (which today, happened to be several hours faster than a couple competitors). It went great! Nathan was very prompt and had the job done quickly and efficiently in 20 minutes. He also said that he warranties the work for a year so if the doors have any issues I can call him back! I highly recommend.

Technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He very quickly installed the unit and even came back in to get the four digit code I wanted to program the pin pad. The unit is excellent. Very quiet. He also cleaned up completely. I could not even tell he was here.
