He did a good job. Was here on time, explained what was wrong with the door which might require a new opener later. I was satisfied with his work.

Great service. Great responsiveness. He also resolved the problem of the door being so loud. We would definitely use this company again for any garage door service.

Couldn't get my garage door to close even though safety laser stop showed green. I also needed a new keypad for the outside. I found perfection garage doors on Angie's list and decided to call them based on all the positive reviews. Talked to Nathan on the phone, and he gave me some suggestions to try over the phone for free. But, since I still needed service and a keypad I asked if they could still come out. Due to a hectic work schedule, I asked if there was anyway he could come out the same day which was my only free day to be home. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Sure enough, a few hours later he had is service guy, also Nathan, call me saying he was on his way. He did the work in about 30 min and was very polite and took the time to explain everything he was gonna do and also shared some knowledge about garage doors. Both the owner and ther service tech ( the 2 Nathans) were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated their flexibility with scheduling.

It went very well. He responded by e-mail to my appointment request, showed up promptly, serviced the door and was gone in about 30 minutes. The door had been used a lot this past winter and was very squeaky. He adjusted the rollers and oiled them and the door is very quiet and smooth now.

They were a little late due to some emergencies that came in, but I wasn't really bothered by that. They were professional and timely in the actual service provided. I'd definitely use them again.

They arrived early, were professional and efficient. Given the age of the garage doors they provided some guidance about options moving forward but did not push to sell me anything. I appreciated that. I was very happy with the service and will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

They were extremely professional from scheduling through job completion. They were punctual and efficient. My old opener ended up being shot, and could barely lift the weight of the door. I decided to have a new opener installed right then, and it took no time at all. The opener works great, and we will be hiring Perfection again to install at a new home build site. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a little mishap with my garage door and it wouldn't close. Called Perfection Wednesday morning, asked if they could make it the next day. Nathan answered the phone when I called, no voice mail, no taking a message to call me back to make an appointment, I like that. Technician came out today as scheduled, (also named Nathan). He fixed it, told me what to expect. I would definitely use this company again, the whole experience could not have gone better.

Did the service to the satisfaction. Requested a quote for additional work, never heard back from them.

It went okay. They did the job when they got there, just getting them there.

I called this morning and spoke with Nathan because I had a question as to why my garage door would close from the inside but not when I use my opener. He gave me some suggestions and said to try it on my own before someone comes out to save myself some money. It was pretty simple but I would have never known if I didn't call and ask. He was very kind and I will use them if I need work done.

Before Nathan came over, my garage door was very loud and sounded labored when I would put it up or down. I figured the rollers were about 15 years old so they were about on their last leg as well. Nathan was very punctual and quickly got to work. I was shocked at how fast he was able to get everything done but the garage door is running fantastic now! I will most certainly use them again!

James did an outstanding job, was very thorough and explained everything and answered all y questions. I'm hiring Perfection to do all my tune-ups in the future. The last company I hired was a waste and did not come close to going thru all the moving pieces and parts to ensure the door was fully tuned

The work was done timely and well. No complaints. I used the Angie's List discount to purchase an inspection from Perfection Garage - it was the first time I have used this company. I would definitely call them back for additional work.

It went okay. They didn’t do everything I thought they were going to do. I thought the opener was supposed to be greased, and I found out they didn’t do that. They checked everything up and tightened up some bolts. They lubed the chain but I thought they would do more with the opener, which was part of the deal.

He arrived earlier than was first said. He spent time trying to repair old opener. Explained in detail what was wrong with the old opener. Decided to go with new since the old one was over 27 years old. Had another appointment already scheduled, so he left and went to that appointment then came back 2 hours later and installed. The person who is installed was very knowledgeable and curtious.

I feel he did a good job adjusting the setting for my garage door opener but one of the lights on the unit itself needed the socket replaced. He said he contact me when I had the socket, as it wasn't my fault that he didn't have one on his truck, and he would come back and replace it, no charge. I've never heard from him......light still doesn't work.

This is the second time I've used the team at Perfection Garage Doors, and they are fantastic! I called Nathan on a Sunday evening with a broken torsion spring (and, thus, a garage door I couldn't open), and he had two technicians at my home the very next morning at 7am, completing the repair in 20 minutes. They were punctual, professional, fast and efficient, with a great price to boot. Perfection Garage Doors has now twice earned my business; they will be the only garage door company I ever call for garage door service. Thanks a lot!

The workers who showed up did so on time, were professional, and did an excellent, expedient job. The door matched what was shown to me and seems to be of excellent quality.

Was responsive to calls. After initial installation of garage door lift, there was a malfunction with the wireless remote. They came back and fixed it the next day.

Our old chain drive garage door opener finally died and I wanted to replace it with a modern belt drive. Nathan gave us a competitive price on a quality name brand opener with the desired features and was able to get out for installation within a couple of days of the old opener breaking. Installation was quick and his team was professional. I asked him to also investigate replacing the seal at the bottom of the door which has been slowly damaged over the years. He indicated there are about two dozen different kinds of seals and if it was one he had he would go ahead and replace it for a nominal charge. I was not home during the installation, but my wife said the installation team said it couldn't do the bottom seal and they'd talk to Nathan. They didn't charge me for anything on the seal. I never heard back from Nathan about the seal, which is why I didn't give him an A for responsiveness, but that could be something that got lost in translation between his team, my wife and me. Otherwise the experience was great, I would use him again.

On time, professional, done quickly. My garage door hasn't been this smooth in years!
