Email communication with Nathan was prompt. He responded via email within 3 minutes of submitting a request on their website, and this was on a Sunday. Hard to beat that kind of responsiveness. A service call was scheduled for Tuesday that week. The guys showed up on time and even called ahead 15 minutes before. They were knowledgable, professional, and courteous. Will highly recommend to others and will definitely contact him if needed in the future.

The company was very prompt and got right down to business. The service didn't take too long at all and they were able to replace the springs in the door as they were not holding enough tension anymore. It's a very old garage door opener and they were able to recommend some good replacements as it is on its last leg. I hoped this service would quiet the opener down but he properly explained where the sound was coming from and how to fix that. I will probably have them replace the opener as soon as I pick a model. Highly recommend them!

One fine morning, our garage door stopped working. After going thru' reviews in the Angie's list, requested Perfection garage door services to take a look at it. Arrived on time @9:00 AM as requested. Replaced the springs in less than 30 mins and had our garage door working. Nothing much one can ask for. Total cost was $199 - $25 (Angie's list coupon) = $174.

Nathan came early, which was wonderful--assessed the problem and was able to fix it in 5 minutes after three tries by previous garage door provider. We went ahead and ordered three replacement garage doors, having been very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of Perfection.

Our garage door torsion spring broke on Sunday night, I called Perfection first thing Monday morning. They could've had someone out that same day (which is always good to know had I not been able to manually lift the door and get the cars out), but I selected the option to have them out at 7 a.m. on Tuesday so that I wouldn't have to miss work. Nathan arrived at the house at 7 a.m. on the dot. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work. He had the springs replaced in no more than 15 or 20 minutes. I would assume this was a common job for a pro, but I appreciated everything about how Perfection did business. Plus, I know what at least one other company charges for the same job and I can say that the cost of service was very fair! I would certainly use Perfection again and will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Perfection had great communication, good knowledge of their products and my needs and were finished promptly replacing my garage door as well as installing new opener.

My garage door has been very slow going up and down and most time does not ever raise all the way up. I wanted to find out what was going on. I was told my door, which is old and wood, was too heavy for the opener I had. I was also made aware that the opener I had was of extremely poor quality. I was offered a variety of options and the equipment I had was maintained in accordance with the deal I purchased. The options I was given included a variety of new door as well as a new opener. I was disappointed that I will have to spend more money, but pleased that a professional could diagnose the problem.

I called Monday morning to schedule a time for Perfection to fix the spring on my garage door. They were out within a few hours and did a great job. Thank you!

The gentleman from the company showed up on-time and was professional and courteous (I apologize for forgetting his name). He did a quick inspection, determined that the spring was loose, then started with working on that. After tightening the spring, he adjusted the opener settings and inspected the rest of the door. He pointed out a crack in the top panel that he said would eventually spread, but it would be something that we could with when it got worse. He was done in about a half hour.

My garage door operation had become increasingly difficult during the past week until finally, despite the motor still working, the buttons stopped responding completely. I guessed it might be a gear problem, but while the technician was on site it suddenly began working again. Nate, the technician, suggested it was probably a bigger issue with the unit itself, and if it happened again, I should consider replacing the opener. He was both gracious and professional in outlining the possible causes of the problem, and best of all, he declined to charge me for the service call. Needless to say I was impressed, and grateful. When the door malfunctions again, I'll be calling Perfection Garage Doors.

Good experience. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was competent and professional. Basically did what was included in the Big Deal - changed rollers and performed tune-up on one door. I would consider them again and would recommend them.

The service was fine. They tried to do a lot more. Nothing really standout.

I had another garage door company replace my spring recently and after three attempts they could not get the new springs to support my door all the while claiming that it was the right springs for my door. So I called Perfection to come and take a look at it. The guy from Perfection was very courteous and professional. He really knew his business well. He replaced my rollers and tuned-up my entire door assembly. He found some damage to the cable support brackets which he replaced for a mere $35. He also informed me that the other company had, in fact, put on the wrong sized springs, but he was able to set the springs so that they would somewhat support my door to the best of their abilities, and informed me that they should be okay. I would recommend Perfection.

We were very impressed with Perfection; they showed up on-time, completed the installation quickly, and even oiled the garage door spring to help in eliminating the noise. At the time of installation one of the remotes wasn't working, so they provided us with loaner immediately and then came back out the following week to provide the new remote. We couldn't be happier with the product or the service!

I ordered a garage door opener & kit (key pad, backup battery, ext.) for $400.00. Unfortunately, a support beam running across the top of my garage made using the kit I had purchased impossible. They credited my purchase against a different model and installed the very next day.
