It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. When I called, the owner answered the phone, he was out to give an estimate within a couple of days, and the work was done two business days later. We love the new opener. It is quiet and works perfectly. I see why this company has such a good rating. They deserve it!

It went well between the vendor and my husband. The vendor (sorry I do not know his name) met with my husband and was very informative. We paid for an Angie's deal that was an inspection and roller replacement. However, we ended up needing to replace our entire garage door and replacing the roller accessories. It was a needed replacement and the experience went well. My husband says he would recommend using them.

On a Sunday, one of the two coil tension springs broke. This meant that in order to open the door, we had to "manually assist" the garage door opener. After finding this company on Angie's List, I contacted them when they opened at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Nathan answered the call and came out that same day when I could be home. He was polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable when replacing those two springs. He showed up at the appointed time and was done in less than an hour. His rate was competitive with other companies.

Twas 10 days before Christmas and in the garage the door opener broke, I couldn't get out my Dodge. I did not panic, I knew what to do, call Perfection Garage Doors they could fix it it's true. Nathan, the owner, said they could fix it no doubt, but at 21 years old what else might go out? It made sense to me, I had to agree, this opener needed replaced by a new one you see. We set a time for the next day to do the work, so I won't have to hand open the door with a jerk. The repairmen showed up right on time, and I knew everything would be fine. They gave me a greeting and went straight to work, removing the old opener that left me in a lurch. They installed the new one in a flash, programmed the remotes and picked up the trash. They made sure it operated just like it should, and I agreed it was good. So now all is merry as far as the garage door goes, it from the car will open and close.

Early morning, found that the spring on my garage door was broken. Called Nathan at 7:45 AM and he said they would be out between 9 and 11. They called at about 9:30 to say they were on the way and the door was fixed and back to operation by 10:30. Great responsiveness and excellent work.

It went great - it was an easy solution but not one I knew how to fix on my own.

Perfection Garage Doors did a fantastic job on our garage tune-up. When they came out to do the job, we asked if they could add a keypad entry and it was done at the same time for a low cost. Communication was excellent and we would definitely have them back.

The gentleman who answered the phone is very nice. He called the day of the service order to let us know he could come by earlier which was great. My wife was the only one home during the fix and they did not take advantage of her lack of knowledge or both garage doors and the service industry, unlike some other companies. They could have easily called the repair a new job and charged several hundred, but they didn't. This is a go-to company. Great prices and really nice people.

Everything went very smoothly. Our double garage door would go up but not down again unless we held down the button on the opener. I called for service at 8AM on a Monday morning and by 10:30AM Nathan and his crew arrived to fix the problem. Very courteous and professional. Simple fix on the door. There was a wire shorted out. However, they took the time to inspect both the single and double doors, adjusted the spring on the double, tightened things up, found a minor issue with the single door and fixed it. Tested both doors. This is the first time I used this service, but will definitely call again if we have issues. Great experience!

Nathan was prompt and arrived inside the window he provided for doing the repair. Very professional and had the work completed in a short period of time. The door works great. I plan to use Perfection Garage Doors again should I have other needs.

My springs broke at 7:30 pm on a Monday. I called Nathan at Perfection Garage Doors, left a voicemail, and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Nathan was out at 8:30 am the next day. Given the short notice, I was very impressed with his willingness to repair the door so quickly on such short notice. I've had past garage door work performed by Nathan (replaced garage door opener) and he's been nothing but polite, on-time and a hard worker. I highly recommend Nathan. He's reasonable on price and great to work with. That's what you get when dealing with the owner of the business directly. Great guy and experience.

The garage door stopped going down. Within 30 minutes they had reset the opener so that it was again operating and they also noticed there when it was up it was not held it place firmly. They adjusted the tension of the coil and now it is tight and operating well.

They didn't. I was going to call to try to get a refund. I tried to get a hold of them three times. They never returned any of my phone calls. We ended up going with a different company. The number we kept using, he never returned our calls so we thought well maybe there's another thing so we went there.

That was outstanding. I really appreciated there work. I didn't do it through Angie's List but I got them to come out and do some repairs on it. They were excellent, top notch.

I had to get a new garage door opener and in the process of putting it on, I didn't have enough time to get it all done, and so I called them up and they came out and did it. They discounted it because I have already started on the job, and so they just finished it.

The technicians were prompt and the job took very little time. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick it went. The garage is above the bedroom and the old opener was so old it shook our floor. The new opener is quiet as a mouse and we love it! I believe the price was very reasonable with the quality of the product. This is the 2nd job they have done for me and I won't hesitate in hiring them again if a problem arises.
