Went great. Very fast service. They called as promised prior to heading over to my house. They fixed the spring in my main garage door and since I had purchased a tuneup through Angie's List, they tuned both my 2-car garage door up and my 1-car garage door.

Went great. The work was done quickly and the door has been working great since. They explained my options clearly so I could make the right decision for me. The guys were on time and finished on time. They were very nice to work with.

Nathan Martin came out to provide the estimate, as well as bringing with him a cutaway sample of the door which clearly showed the construction elements. We had requested that he bring the sample. He was prompt, and professional in his explanation of our options. We agreed upon a date for the work to be done. James and Jeff, company workmen, were also professional and efficiently removed the old door and installed the new one. We are very happy with the improved look of our garage door. I purchased a Liftmaster 8550 for a special Angie's List price of $399 plus tax which included installation and trip charge. This device had a Wi-Fi connection and battery backup. It is a great unit for a great price. The owner of Perfection Garage Doors did the installation. He was punctual, professional, friendly and very efficient. He states he has been doing this type of work for 17 years. I would definitely hire him again.

Installation went really well. They discovered that the original garage door spring had broken in two, which was causing our problems getting the door to open properly. They were able to provide us with a new spring and then completed the installation of the new opener. The entire job took about two hours. We now have a garage door opener that we never have to worry about, as we can monitor/control it from our smart phones!

Two gentlemen came and arrived early in the 8am - 10am time frame I was given. They actually showed up at approximately 8:15. Got to work right away. Replaced all of the rollers, and lubricated the moving parts of the door. Greased the opener to quite it down and improve operation. Then replaced the bottom weather stripping with one I supplied. There were done in about 30 minutes and it was good work. Efficient and quality is what I prefer. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything...it was refreshing. One of the guys had a large amount of tattoos on his arms...basically sleeves. One of them was a nude woman on his forearm. Now that doesn't bother me, but I am sure it might upset some people that are too sensitive. I'd probably cover them up on the job if I were him, but if the company doesn't care then I don't care. Not my zoo...not my monkey.

He was great! I used my Angie's List coupon and saved 41% off the tune up. He was very professional and explained to me that the bottom of my door is warping. He said the only way to fix it is to replace the whole door. He said the rollers on the door are wearing, but are fine for now. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything; he just did the work. I highly recommend this company.

Spoke with Nathan, he gave me a time frame for someone to assess the problem. James and Jeff arrived, on time, explained the problem with the old (20 year) opener with a price to fix and several prices to replace. A no brainer, I had it replaced. They returned to the shop for the new opener, returned and had it installed it all in about an hour and a half. They were very professional, explained the new system, cleaned the work area and generally did a great job. Can't say enough about everyone at Profection Garage Doors. Great Company!

James showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment. He was helpful and respectful. It took him less than 1/2 hour to replace both of the springs. He also set up a garage door opener for me. I was able to set up the appointment over email - the spring broke Tuesday night. I emailed them around 9pm and Nathan responded first thing Wednesday morning and they were out early Thursday morning. In the email I gave him my availability and Nathan scheduled it at the most convenient time for me.

It went well, they did a good job, easy to communicate, and prompt. Everything looks good. I would use and recommend them again.

Door broke on Sunday night. I called Nathan at 7:30 am Monday, they promised to get someone out Monday afternoon. Got a call at 1:05 pm that they'd be there in forty minutes AND THEY WERE! James and Jeff worked quickly, finishing with 30 minutes. Door works like new! They even gave the $25 off Angie's list customer price. Very courteous, quick, professional and friendly. I needed help to correct a problem with my garage door not closing properly. I called Perfection Garage Doors based on the great Angie's List reviews and the specials they were running. When I called, I spoke to Nathan, the owner, who could not have been nicer. He was nearly certain my door issue was due to the sensors being knocked out of alignment, which proved to be correct. Since the garage door had not been serviced in the 1 1/2 years since I have owned the home, I asked if he could do that as well when he came out. Nathan had two Angie's list specials running - one for just the inspection and basic servicing of the garage door system and the other that included replacement of the roller balls on the door track as well as the service. I didn't know which I needed, but Nathan said he assess the situation when he came out, tell me which I needed, and honor the Angie's list special pricing. I scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. Nathan was right on time, very personable and professional. He quickly fixed my sensors (didn't even charge me for) and told me that my existing rollers were in good shape. He inspected and serviced the garage door system. It was quick, efficient, honest and very reasonably priced. This is precisely the experience I hope to have with every company I hire to do work at my home. If only they were all this good. The job went very well. The Provider let us know when the repairman would be here within a 2 hour window. He arrived right on time, went right to work and completed the jobs in less than an hour. No mess, no fuss, just good quick work.

I was impressed due to the fact they advised that my rollers were in good condition and recommend the lesser Big Deal. They were efficient, professional and advised that if there were any issues, that they would come back and resolve them. I would highly recommend them to others.

In about a fifteen minute process, I was able to follow the instructions that Nathan had given me on how to disconnect and switch the sending and receiving sensor units from one side to the other. This fixed the problem that I was experiencing. I was most grateful for the assistance that Nathan provided to me and very impressed with his professionalism and high ethical standards. If I need professional garage door services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him.

Went very well. Were having a problem with the door not shutting all the way. He found a leaf stuck behind one of the sensors and removed it to fix the problem. This was a Deal so he also adjusted and lubricated the door,

Old garage door started acting up on a weekend - refused to close or open, or would half close and then open up again. Called Perfection and left a voice mail on Sunday. They came over Monday and fixed the issue promptly and professionally with a reasonable charge, and gave us the AL discount too.

He was professional and it was done in about 15 minutes. They arrived on time.
