Description of Work: Rep replaced all rollers in my garage door apparatus and did little touch ups to the overall system. Don't remember much now. He also answered various questions I had, seemingly, without regard to whether it would benefit his company. Plan to use company soon to replace the weather stripping(?) that seals the door

Description of Work: They sold me a new drive for my garage door. Very costly. Then, they installed a new electronic board for my main garage door opener so that the remote openers in our cars would work more consistently, which was the reason we called them in the first place. We continue to have intermittent problems with getting it to work from our cars.

Description of Work: They made needed adjustmentes and maintenance to a garage door and opener. They also reokaced the old metal rollers with new nylon rollers. The door is very quiet now and opens and closes with little errost.

Description of Work: I was having issues with the garage door intermittently not opening over the past several years and seemed to get worse in cold temperatures. Finally the door would not close at all... it would consistently go down half way then back up. Perfection Garage came over to estimate what would need to be done. While onsite they attempted to fix with no costs but determined I would need a new spring. They converted me from an extension spring to a torsion spring and the door has been opening and closing with no issues since. Perfection garage was very helpful in explaining the different options and expected lifetime of my door. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Description of Work: I had a garage door where one of the cables came loose. They had to re-run cable for that. They put new brackets on as well.
