The doors which were installed had settled in place a few months after installation and were tight fitting no doubt from the change in seasons. A courteous representative came back out timely and made free of charge adjustments. Customer service with this company outstanding.

From the quote to the final touches of installation, the window replacement project has impressed us. The quality of the windows and finished project are great. We were especially impressed with the polite demeanor and expert craftsmanship of Brett, our installer. He and his assistant worked quietly and quickly installing the 13 windows and completing the outside trim work, leaving our 65-year-old house looking almost new. I highly recommend Factory Direct if you need new windows.

Factory Direct did an outstanding job replacing our windows with beautiful, top quality, energy efficient windows! Our first contact with the office was very encouraging, they offered very accommodating times for a sales rep to come out and give us an estimate for free and they also explained financing terms. They made the whole process very simple, and that alone was impressive. Then the rep came out to give us a quote and told us all about the windows he recommended and showed us various pricing on different types of windows so we could make our own decision without any pressure. We belong to an HOA that wanted everything matching, and he assured me that when they were finished everything would be very in sync with the entire property. Sales reps here our knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. After our initial estimate we waited several months while we saved up some money and did some other home projects. When we called them back there had been 3 price increases, but they worked very hard to quote us again so that we could be as close to the original quote we had gotten months before. We are so appreciative! Then the installers came, this is what sealed the deal for us... They're installers know exactly what they're doing. They've worked for the company for years and they're not subcontractors that come and go! We had many estimates done and took our time deciding which company to go with. I'm 100% confident that we made the right choice with Factory Direct, and I can't recommend enough- if you're reading this because you're wondering whether or not to go with them, stop wondering- do it!!!

Nest estimate was received from three companies And factory direct was picked. Not only were the prices better, they seem very friendly and professional when they came out to the home. The job was completed in one day and very neat. Before the final payment was made that day, they explained how the Windows worked and asked if I had any questions. This was approximately two months ago and the windows are wonderful! They were a great company to work with!

Factory Direct did a great job. Their whole team--from Nathan coming to the house to explain the job and get us a quote, to the install team--were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job.

Setting up the project was easy, and Nathan was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of selecting windows, doors, etc. The installers were friendly and professional. They worked the whole time they were here and even returned in the evening to finish some framing work.

We had a great experience with Factory Direct. The finished product looks fantastic & installation was a breeze. 9 windows all installed beautifully in less than 1 day. Everyone has been lovely to work with. We actually are hiring again to replace our faux wooden shutters next. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Everything went exactly as stated. From the initial quote, on-site visit, sales process, scheduling, and installation, the team was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous. We needed to replace our windows and received a few quotes before calling Factory Direct. I could tell a difference from the beginning. The sales call was non-pressure, honest, and even talking us out of features we didn't need (such as triple pane). All this without all the pricing games. Nathan brought in a window and went through all the features - things I didn't even know were part of a window! They were half the price of the other's "sale prices" for windows with a lifetime warranty which are transferrable to the next owner. They are like we have a great window at a great price which beats the competition with a lifetime warranty. Let us know if you want to continue. If not, no big deal. The installers were amazing. You could tell they had been doing this their whole life. They answered any questions I had and worked into the evening to make sure everything was complete and perfect before they left on the last day. Two months after installation, I still feel the same. With the different weather events we've had, I don't feel any drafts and I don't feel heat streaming in the western windows. They are easy to open and clean. If I was doing this all over again, I would call Factory Direct first and not even bother with the others.

The doors and window themselves plus the the installations far exceeded my expectations. The salesman was knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. I had full house windows installed by this company several years ago and highly recommend them.

He assured me we would have the best team available for my complete window replacement. Our installer Bill has been installing windows over 30 years. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the whole project.
