From the wonderful office staff to the quality work that was preformed. I could not have asked for a better experience from such a large company.

The transaction could not have gone any better. They were thorough in removing my old driveway cleaning up all the mess and debris. Then they poured and leveled the new driveway and it look great. They gave me an initial estimate but then next time I talked to him they increased the price a lot without consulting with me first. They were prepared to schedule with me to get the work done, but when I went to confirm the price before scheduling they had increased it by 30%.

I asked for an estimate in the fall of 2007, but it was too late in the year to perform the work. It took about a month after I was expecting the work to be performed before it started, but that was OK with me. The crew did not do the "speed bumps" on the first day because they did not have the change order paperwork with them, and they did not like doing the speed bump work because of the steepness of the drive, having to bring up asphalt with wheelbarrows. The sealcoating came off as planned, but was postponed a couple of times due to rain being forecast.

Called to get an estimate on 3/31. Came out on 4/3 and measured. Hand delivered estimate a few days later. Received a better price from a different company.

JOE C. AND I DISAGREED ON HIS ATTEMPTS TO CALL ME. I HAVE CALLER ID. HOWEVER, JOHN AND BRIAN (OPERATIONS MANAGERS) OFFERED TO SEAL COAT MY DRIVEWAY AT NO CHARGE FOR MY PREVIOUS INCONVENIENCES. UNLIKE OTHER SEAL COAT COMPANIES I'VE USED, THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ON DATE AND ALL MEN ARE IN UNIFORMS. FURTHERMORE, PATCH CREW FIXED AREA MY PAINTER'S LADDER CAUSED IN NEW PAVEMENT. THEY NOTICED THE AREA AND HAD THE INITIATIVE AND CLASS TO REPAIR IT. PROBLEMS OCCUR WITH ANY COMPANY;BUT I FEEL THE TRUE MEASURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HOW THEY RESPOND TO THEM. THIS COMPANY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT'S #1 MISSION. IMPRESSIVE! THANKS F.E.HARDING! THE MURPHY'S.

EXCELLENT COMPANY - RESPONSIVE AND COURTEOUS. UNFORTUNATELY THEIR ESTIMATE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE SAME WORK.

GOOD CLEAN UP AND LEFT INFORMATION ABOUT CARE

TOLD US NOT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE BECAUSE OF OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM. SAID THAT ANY WORK TO OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM WOULD MEAN THEY WOULD HAVE TO RIP UP ANY NEW ASPHALT WORK. COST HIMSELF MONEY BY BEING HONEST.
