+ -1 moreA 1 day job w/ 1 day for stump removal was started on 9/5 all was to be complete except for stump removal which would be completed in 1 day the 2nd wk of Oct. 1 tree and stump, pre exisiting stump, removal of deck and dispose of decking and tree debris, house clearance of walnut tree, clean out gutters, removal of small shed and stump removal. The only thing that was completed was the removal of the deck and 2 of the trees were cut down to stumps. I had to call back as the deck was just pulled out from the house and in a full piece left in the yard. When I text back he didn't know it included removal of deck even though it was stated. Paid in full. Lots of delays, storms coming in, kids balls game, Text owner 10/8 to see if stump removal was booked and complete the job. "Not 100 sure yet.." no date given. 10/16" text-grinder in route"- is rest of work going to be compl? no response-10/17 text to owner to say stumps weren't done or anything .job still not complete.no word since
Description of Work: all listed above. 1 day job started 9/5-paid in full on 9/9- numerous full day delays "meant to get out but" grappler truck will be out in 30 mins on 9/9. truck didn't make it out for at least 2 days "not acceptable" owner stated. promised deck would be complete on 9/9"take that off your list of worries" homeowners was cancelled and had to be reinstated due to deck not being removed on by 9/10. 9/15- "we will be out to tomorrow to clean up deck"9/18 text"deck was cleaned up"-it wasn't. 9/27 text to Randy about deck waststill not complete-9/28 "I am going to send them out" none of the rest has been touched. 10/17 about stumps "he was out but..." Have not heard anything since 10/17. filed complaint today 10/31/24- big surprise neighbor came to door " I know you didnt know this but tree ppl left large amount of waste behind our property.took neigbors entire day to complete" neighbor said. anti lgbtq slurs made by owner to coworker. have to hire another company to complete this job.

+ -1 moreRandy is about as personable a guy as you could meet. He has good suggestions and is great at communicating throughout the process. His team is friendly and works well together. He is very customer oriented. I had a couple of smaller trees taken down, four large trees trimmed and about four stumps ground down. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy to friends and family.

Their prices were much better than others I had priced and they were able to schedule our project much sooner than other companies. When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up after themselves and it was exactly what we wanted. I would for sure hire these guys again!! Great work!!
