Ultimately we told them we were upset with their lack of professionalism and wanted to go with someone else. no services were performed.

I am unable to go into detail about what was done as the work was performed without my being present and was not scheduled by me. When it was closed last winter, (the first time it was done after being installed) one connection blew out.

Due to recent health problems I had to hire someone to mow our lawn. They showed up on the July 4th holiday and did an excellent, very professional job. We were very pleased.

Kenny was punctual for his appointment and gave me a price there on the spot. I had gotten other quotes prior to Kenny's quote and Kenny was considerably less expensive. He uses all Rain Bird equipment which I like, he provided a rain sensor, so the system won't come on if a certain amount of rain falls; which was an added cost with other companies. I have had a couple of service calls that required the replacement of a couple of heads because I wasn't getting the coverage I had hoped for. Kenny came out and swapped out the heads at no charge and did so promptly. He looks at sprinkler systems from a different perspective than the other companies did. Instead of having heads out in the yard spraying the house, Kenny puts heads against the house spraying out. I like this design much better. Just a great install, service and follow-up by a great company!
