Hello my name is Albert Easterling Iâ ve been a customer with Experigreen for three years. Late in the season last year I made a formal complaint to the company how unhappy we were with the lawn treatments due to the abundance of weeds present that clearly shouldnâ t have been considering I was paying for the service. The owner/manager assured me that if I stayed on as a customer heâ d make sure to monitor the account in an effort to gain my satisfaction and trust. Well as of yesterday I received notification that a tech would be out to service my lawn(apply fertilizer granular). A tech pulls up in front of my home(all caught on camera), gets out of the truck and proceeds to my front door where he leaves a fancy packet with an invoice of the services performed and commitment to excellence that was all a lie! HE NEVER APPLIED ANYTHING NOR SERVICED MY LAWN IN ANY WAY WHAT-SO-EVER! It is literally impossible to enter my driveway or walk the property without being observed by cameras. So quite naturally I called customer service to complain and their response was that theyâ ll get another tech out right away to service the lawn. Absolutely no focus or attention went towards their tech misleading the customer and company saying he provided a service. I am appalled to say the lease at the lack of professionalism and concern. No one has returned my call at this time which is unacceptable considering. Needless to say, too bad Experigreen your company has proven to be unworthy of my heart earned money and trust

I have not had a weed in my lawn since I hired them! My lawn is full and healthy. I recently decided to get rid of my garden and Brandon Amos came by and added on the service to my plan! They are professional and follow my instructions every month. Their employees have a lot of knowledge about products and if you ever have a question, they are willing to help!

I am especially upset because they said text or call me the night before because I wanted to go over what I wanted them to spray for. They went ahead and did the service without contacting me.

Lacy is my technician and she is wonderful, always on time, able to answer all of my questions and has a smile on her face every time!! Also Dusty does a really nice job of providing direction and updating my account

They have been very easy to work with and weâ ve only had one app so far but it knocked the dandelions right down.

They are very curtessous, professional and they are willing to do the research When there was something they needed to give me clarity on.
