Description of Work: WE ARE DOING SOME MAJOR HOME REPAIRS AND NEED A RETAINING WALL BEFORE WINTER. WE CALLED THREE COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES, BUT THIS COMPANY ISN''T GETTING MUCH CONSIDERATION. AFTER TWO WEEKS AND FOUR PHONE CALLS I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I FEEL THAT I HAVEN GIVEN AMPLE TIME FOR POSSIBLE EXCUSES IF THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY, ON VACATION, SICK OR JUST DON''T WORK IN MY AREA, I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A COURTESY CALL. YOU WON''T BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS.
