Quick reliable and very friendly service. I was properly informed of all service being performed and what it would entail. Everything went smoothly and was taken care of in a very timely manner.

We were having issues with water in our basement. Everdry of Indianapolis came out promptly after I called, wrote up an estimate which my husband and I thought was very reasonable and completed the work within a week. A big shout out to Antonio and the Easy Breeze installer for a job well done!

Everdry came on time. The outside work was performed much faster than I anticipated, in one day. The area around the house looked almost as good as before the work started. The Everdry crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional in handling the job. They waterproofed my crawl space as it had a lot of water. The supervisor kept me updated on all steps and each group that worked on the job. They cleaned up all of the debris. and left the site clean. The customer service was very good. I am very satisfied as a consumer. I would highly recommend them.

Had complete redo of foundation inside and out, air system installed inside and took 4.5. days. Crew worked hard, had a plan and stuck to it. I was updated and after done it did rain before part of the concrete just finished on last day fully set, when we called they came out to check and did a water test, nothing seeped in after running lots of water and I was satisfied. They had cleaned up mess everyday and after the week, was AOK. Nothing wrong since either.

Everdry did a good job. They were very professional in handling the job. They cleaned up all of the debris they created. Their customer service was very good. I was satisfied as a consumer.

The Crew (Jerry Dunkersonâ s Crew) did a tremendous job of leaving the exterior of my home appear to have been untouched. However, these guys were absolute Professionals in going about their work. Not a single one of them didnâ t stop at some time to answer my questions. Jerry, the Crew Foreman always kept me informed as to what was being done and if something out of the ordinary occurred he was there to tell me about the problem and how he was going to still get the job accomplished. These guys accomplished the 4 day job in 3 days and the work performed was excellent. Iâ m writing this approximately 25 hours after they finished, and the musty smell has already disappeared. Iâ m very pleased.

Jerry lead worker was pleasant and expel what they were going to do. Crew was nice and polite. Supervisor Daniel was very nice and answered questions. Thanks for fixing my basement

EverDry Waterproofing of Indy crews were professional & hard working. Never had opportunity to question their work ethic which is sometimes unusual these days! Even though we had several call backs EverDry never forgot about us. They solved our problematic crawl space water problems for good or at least it seems so far! They continue to provide warranty reviews and service which is greatly appreciated.

The small creek behind our home became a raging river after the heavy rains, but since we had Everdry out to do their waterproofing in and around our basement, we had no worries- in fact not a drop of water in the basement. Neighbors with crawl spaces got the water! Conscientious cleanup after all their work as well. Great experience for a not planned project!!! They were very professional and the work was done in less than 1 week. We were informed of everything they did each day and educated on the project. We were able to save money by utilizing their on call process that enabled us to have the work done within 1 week!!! Thanks Brian for running our job!

They did a Very Good Job on the inside of my basement walls & the outside around the foundation. They dug trenches around the inside and outside walls, used waterproofing mastic outside. They then installed drainage pipes on the inside & outside to make sure if any water did get to the basement, it would drain away. All the work was done in Three 8 hour days, plus one 2 hour day to bring the supplies they needed. Very Fast and Efficient. J.H.

Great job!! Everyone with EverDry were professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (ever questions I had not anticipated) and helped me select the best waterproofing solution for my basement. After I experienced a leak on one side of the basement, they came out inspected the issue and fixed the problem quickly.

Had some hiccups in the beginning with scheduling, but got it done. The crew was great, Jesus, the Foreman was terrific and they finished the job under schedule. However, Permits with the city were never filed so we aren't sure where we stand on our warranty. They are very good at calling ahead to set you up and take your money, but now no one will call us back and answer any of our questions. So far, the basement has remained dry, but their cement is showing cracks and again, I can?t get a return call to ask if this is normal. As long as the basement remains waterproofed, I?m happy, but I would appreciate a call back regarding the warranty.

The EverDry arrived as scheduled and Jesus, my EverDry team foreman walked me through the process of waterproofing my crawlspace. All team members were polite and considerate at all times. They went the extra mile to clean up after themselves and leave the work-site as they found it before beginning work. There were a few items that were not to my liking and Jesus made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction before the close of the project.

The Everdry Waterproofing crew were excellent! They were prompt each day, worked very hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. They were very nice and professional. They finished my crawl space and foundation in just 2 1/2 days. They answered all of my questions, explaining everything and they were eager to please me. I would have them back to do work for me anytime. My only complaint is that I didnâ t have them do it a few years ago! I do have to say that everyone I talked with from this company were very nice. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing. Having a dry crawl space is such a peace of mind.

I had work done a month ago in Indianapolis, IN. I wanted to wait until it rained to write a review. The basement was dry. I am happy with their work. The crew was polite and respectful of my property and that of my neighbor, as well. The basement looks so much better before I can get to the cosmetic stuff. They replace the downspouts with PVC pipe. I wish they would have left the stuff we had on the downspouts so we could reuse it. We know to ask next time we used them on another wet basement we own. The office staff was very friendly. The estimate process was long because they do a good job explaining everything they will do.

Everdry did a great job in every aspect of their job working in my basement. The workers arrived promptly every day and were very professional. They helped me move a couple of items that were too big for me to move on my own, carefully protected all of my belongings and made the concrete floor look almost as good as new. Any time I had a question, it was quickly answered. They even helped me hook the washer and dryer back up when they finished as I was unsure of exactly how to do it. Everdry may not be the cheapest option, but I have much more peace of mind knowing that they are the best.
