Always a skeptical buyer, I intentionally waited to write this review because I had yet to see the solution I purchased, perform. That said, I had been plagued by water issues in one of my homes and called EverDry to address the matter. The EverDry team came in and knocked out the project quickly and as promised. I’d hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Basement and crawlspace were both completely done. After several estimates from competitors, we went with Everdry because of the scope of work offered to correct the water issues we were having in crawl space and basement. This company had real solutions to solve standing water, cracks in basement floor, and long time water damage to foundation walls. Other companies only offered a short term bandaid but a 90 year old craftsman home needed Everdry's MULY-STEP program. Their sales rep, Jeremy, was professional, on time for appointment,wealth of knowledge, was not high pressure, and easy to reach for further concerns. The on site crew was on time each day, polite, respectful of my property, and everyone worked hard the entire shift. Each seemed to know his role. The manager, Jose', kept me informed on progress of the day and plan for the next day. He took great pride in his work. They did a terrific cleanup also. Highly recommend.

The installation crew was extremely timely and helpful. Jesus walked me through everything before and after the project began. They were respectful of the property and clean. They also ensured any questions I had were answered.

Jesus and his team were phenomenal from the time they entered my home until the time they completed the job. I loved the fact that Jesus took the time to walk through to determine my plans for the basement and the best placement of the sump pump. I also loved that he took into account my plans for outside as well when he was planning on placement for drainage pipes that would be running away from the house. They put down hard plastic to protect my hardwood floors from damage as they were coming in and out of the house from the basement. They also took the time to sweep the floors at the end of each day to get up some of the dirt that was brought in. Once completed they removed all the plastic they put over my remaining items in the basement to protect them from dust swept, mopped, and cleaned up the walls where concrete might have splattered. All in all, I am very happy that I chose Everdry for my basement waterproofing and would definitely recommend to anyone that has waterproofing needs.

We had moisture in our crawl space and had EverDry do their multi-step system including hand trenching the necessary outside perimeter, repair outside cracks, waterproof walls and inside the craw theyl installed a sump pump and we chose the E-Z Breathe system as well. Jesus and his team were professional, courteous, detailed and kept our property inside and outside clean and tidy. The product and system is a high quality product and we feel will only increase our property value in the future. Jesus and his team of 5-6 men worked so hard installing AND because of their quality work the functionality of the EverDry system functions at it's best. They were on time, worked very hard, did what was suppose to be done, cleaned up, were very professional and respectful.

We had water that was coming into our basement locations. We hired Everdry to redo the drainage around the entire perimeter of our home for a fair price. There workers this am awesome job. There work comes with a lifetime transferable warranty which is awesome.

The crew was professional and polite. They cleaned up daily and when they were finished. There were no surprises, and any problem that came up was switfly taken care of.

They protected all of our property by covering to avoid any spills and splashes, covered our floors in which they were walking on, perform the work to the highest degree of professionalism, skill and certainty. I had my basement waterproofed in a rental. They told me they would fill-in one sump hole and just have one but didn t and I asked them about it and they said they couldn t come back without another workorder and it would cost more.

Very Reliable company. We had a battery die and they came and took care of it right away when we called. We keep up a maintenance program & it is well worth it. Workers were very fantastic too. Great company, would recommend to anyone.

One of the two questions I asked when buying our home, does basement have water issues? Well, first week living there it sure did after getting hit with a 100-year storm, it flooded pretty good. The water was coming up from under the floor. Our house was built in 1930 and did not have a sump pump. After 2-3 times of the basement flooding and working an additional 8-10 hours after working all day, my wife and I figured we need to do something about this. These guys came in took measurements, and were very clear on what the scope of work they were going to do. They explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. The work was done in about a week. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and the option to have financing is nice since we did not have that money sitting around at the moment. During demo/install a water pipe had been damaged and was leaking/dripping very little. We called them about it and no questions asked they had hired a plumber to come to fix it. I liked how they asked for permission on certain things like location of the wells out in the yard and a few other things.

My foundation blocks were filling with water to the point that it was damaging the floor joists where they sat on the foundation, though my crawlspace has never exhibited standing water. Everdry installed a well engineered foundation sealing, drain and dehumidifying system and water was being pumped out almost immediately. I am a retired engineer and see the logic of their system design. Team arrive on time and reviewed the work-scope with me and set about the task. Everyone on the team was very professional and courteous. The work was completed ahead of schedule and on the last day the team lead reviewed everything they did and led me through a final inspection. Very impressive and pretty expensive, but when you are dealing with your home it is important that such work is done well.
