CALLED 3 TIMES TO GET AND ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULE THE GUTTER CLEANING. WAITED 4 WEEKS FOR A RETURN CALL. MY CALL WAS FINALLY RETURNED 2 WEEKS AFTER I HAD THE GUTTERS CLEANED BY ANOTHER COMPANY.

I FOUND THE OWNER TO BE LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HE ENDED UP NOT FINISHING THE JOB BY HIS CHOICE. WHEN THE SUB CONTRACTOR GUY CAME HE DEMANDED THAT WE MOVE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE GARAGE WITH NO WARNING AND THAT WASN'T POSSIBLE... THE OWNER CAME OUT AND SAID THAT OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS A PROBLEM HERE AND THEY DIDN'T NEED TO FINISH THE JOB IF I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO AND I DIDN'T OWE THEM ANYTHING... I SAID THAT WAS FINE.. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO OUR HOUSE IN THE EVENING AND EXPECT US TO CLEAR OUT OUR ENTIRE GARAGE WITHOUT NOTICE. IT WAS A 3 MONTH PROCESS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE WORK TO WHEN THEY STOPPED...
