 + -1 moreO star for Ethosity. This is a nightmare for all owners, especially out of state investors. They gave me outrageous estimates just to make vacant properties ready to rent, fraud on repairs that need not be fixed, collect fees without collect rents, charges without invoice, holding deposits and leases after contract with them expired 3 months ago, just because I refused to pay the amount they claimed in statement that are not correct and without invoice. Stay away from this company, it's better to go to **** than deal with them.
Description of Work: Need to make vacant properties ready to rent but their contractors rip you off with unnecessary repairs and sky high estimate.
