I was very dissatisfied with this company. They were very unprofessional, deceitful, and unreliable. They were dishonest from the very beginning just try to trick you into a contract. Then once I signed I had multiple issues with the property that were not resolved in a professional or timely manner, for example I sat the the whole month of Aug without air conditioning, and they were unconcerned with my requests. Then, as if to add insult to injury, at the end they unfairly changed the contract without my consent all so the could benefit from it financially. I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.

They took our non refundable application fees of $100, gave us the run around until the application deadline then canceled our applications. They demanded copies of "updated" child support documents that we could not obtain. Courts dont provide updated support documents unless you modify support. This company is extremely unprofessional, time wasting, and they will find any excuse to cancel your application, just to get your money. Complete scam.
