They do a pretty good job. We were considering discontinuing our contract with them because we were not seeing any improvement at all with the ants. They finally came back out several times and did more and more thorough jobs. They said that we probably had several ant colonies which were causing the problem. We did finally see an improvement a couple of weeks ago. They could have probably been a little bit more diligent in following up on things but it just seemed like it took several phone calls and several trips out here for them to finally get it right. They lose money every time they come out here since we do not pay them for the additional work. We will continue to use them.

The guy that came out was very personable and they did a good job. They came back out and sprayed a couple weeks after the initial spray at no additional charge.

They showed up on time. He inspected the area and told us it was nothing to worry about. He was honest when he could have to us something else. I would highly recommend him.

I had originally called Environmental Pest Control because of a review I'd read about someone else with small children. I didn't want toxins sprayed where our kids would be exposed to them. When the owner came out and did his inspection, it was obvious he was very knowledgeable about the habits of carpenter ants. He talked about various reasons we may be seeing them where we were. He also made several recommendations (e.g., changing out one door that had rotted at the bottom) that could greatly reduce uninvited guests of the insect variety. And he treated areas of the yard that were necessary and safe for the kids. We considered all that work well more than just a follow-up to their original visit 2 months earlier, but he didn't charge us one cent!

When I called to get an estimate, the staff was professional and courteous. They were very flexible with scheduling my appointment. The technician, James, arrived promptly. He was clean and professional. James was very careful not to soil my carpet. He explained the process to me and answered my questions prior to completing the task. When he was finished spraying the crawl space, he replaced the door exactly the way my husband keeps it. Within a day the ants were gone! Not an easy task with a messy toddler that gets more food on the floor than his mouth. I swept the kitchen floor after every meal and the ants always came in until I had the crawl spaced sprayed. Now, the ants are gone and the chemicals are no where near my son.
