+ -1 moreIt was very thorough. They called before they came and wore an official shirt/car/and picture ID which I appreciated for safety concerns.
Description of Work: They provide free energy audits (energy saving tips and products for consumers). It took about an hour and a half. They gave me a personal print out of various suggestions to make my home more efficient after thoroughly inspecting the home.
