I was very displeased with the guy that came out and gave me the estimate. He just did a really fast job and didn't do a good job. It almost seemed like he didn't want the job. I thought that since I had used them before they would be extra nice, but that wasn't the case. It might have just been his bad day I don't know, but I can't recommend them now because of my last experience with them.

I called, they came out to quote arrived 30 minutes EARLY and was huffy puffy when I got home 10 min. early and they acted like I was late, brought in two carpet sample boards and I said I didn't care for any of these color choices. He stated the others are way to pricey and these are the only ones we offer for bedrooms. He was very rushy and quick. We set up a date before 4 days later to install and they never showed up. I called the number and left 4 messages and no return call, so finally about 5pm I called the sales guys number he left on a card and he said he would call me be back. Well at 8:30pm someone from their office called and said my carpet never came in but they would be out sometime the next day to install. I said NO you won't, you will be here first thing in the morning, I am not waiting here all day again and missing work, so they agreed to be here at 8am (funny how my carpet showed up at 8am; they must have delivered at at 7am since they said it never arrived). I was very unhappy how they handled my account; had me calling them, gave me the run around all day. Their customer service department is the worst I have ever seen. The salesman was rude, rushy and lazy. I will never use them again and I would not refer them to anyone. There are a lot better companies out there doing business who would be happy to have my business.

We moved into a new home and wanted to get new carpet in the bedroom before our furniture arrived. We scheduled an appointment with the representative and were able to order carpet that came the NEXT day! The installation was great, and the carpet was nice as well. The representative was patient with us as we took a lot of time to make our decision. We were very happy with the quality service and speedy installation.

I emailed on a Sunday afternoon, set up an consultation for the next day (Mon), and they worked all day Tuesday to install the laminate flooring. Then another team came back Wed. morning to do the hallway carpet. I am thrilled with the results!! Everyone was professional & friendly... couldn't be more pleased with the work & the company. I would use them without hesitation the next time I need flooring.

It has only been one week, but they did a very nice job and the carpet is great.

They did a nice job. Of course when they moved the furniture from the living room into the kitchen, they wheeled the cabinet into the kitchen, the man wheeling it in dropped the cabinet and it cracked the tile. They came back out and claimed they didn't do it and said they would not take responsibility for this. They didn't fix it, but they did break it. Their problem is who they hire as their installers. They take their word over all and don't follow up on their own. I will no longer patronize them.

I had a little jewelry box, that I placed in my closet before the installation to place. After they installed the carpeting I went back and found that two diamond rings of mine had been stolen. I had officers check on it, the company stated the installer s helper had moved. I spoke with the installer and he stated that he would pay for it out of his own pocket. He stated that it would take a little time to pay me back. I haven t heard back from him since. I haven t been paid a dime of the $1,800, he said he would pay. Allan, from Empire, and gave me someone else who gave me a claim number. They told me to get a police report and that was about I have heard from them.

We are very pleased with the outcome. It was unbelievable. They came Friday with their samples, started their work on Monday, and were totally done by noon on Wednesday. Each day at the end of the day, things were picked up. They were very nice and considerate.

Installers seemed to know what they were doing but have had problems with the glue showing through since installation. Have had one return visit from an installer who told me that it was not glue but dirt. Since then I have several "dirt" marks that run the length of the carpet at the seams. Also have random "dirt" marks in a zig zag pattern. Looks like glue to me. The installation was in June and I have called 3 times to have someone come out and everytime I am told that I will get a call back in 1- 3 days. It is now Sept. I have been told that an installer will be out tomorrow. I am not holding my breath. I would never have them again in my house or would I recommend.

They were very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. They worked the installation around our schedule. They arrived on time. They were able to answer any questions we had.

We had several bids and found their prices to be competitive. I like that they came to my house to show me the samples of carpet. They moved the furniture for me and were able to get the three areas done in one day.

Three of the rooms are really good. In the kitchen, they snagged the carpeting when they were moving the refrigerator back in place. We called them about it and so far the problem has not been resolved. The salesman we dealt with was very good. Again, the installers did an alright job until they got to the kitchen. Because of the snag, it is going to have to be replaced, and so far, I can't even get them out here to look at it.

It went very well. They came when they were expected. The two gentlemen were very nice and they did the job. After they left we found something that we did not like. They came back and fixed it and they were still very nice.

It was very good. They didn't charge us extra to remove the tile that we didn't know was under the carpet. We have sliding doors between each of the rooms and we didn't realize that when they put the base boards in some of the nails went into the sliding doors. We called them to come back, which they did with no problem and they worked around our schedule, so they were very good.

Great, no problems. Replaced it on a Saturday.

They were pretty good. They are more than willing to handle any little problems. The salesmen were very nice ,the installers were very good and they were on task.

My wife and I have been looking at carpeting about 800 square feet of living space in our home. After looking at a couple of home improvement centers, Empire Today was recommended by a neighbor (a specific salesman). I placed a call to the salesman and he told me that it would be about 4 or 5 days before he could make a visit and he would call me back to set up the time to come by. I waited a week and a half for him to return my call and he never did. Knowing the satisfaction my neighbor had, I decided to call the 800 number and set up an appointment with the central scheduling. They were very apologetic to me for the experience I had and assured me another sales representative would assist me and my wife. After waiting 3 hours for the second salesman to show up we received a phone call from their customer service to inform us the salesman had been running late and wanted us to reschedule. I dont like wasting my time and politely informed the customer service representative that we would not need the services of Empire Today.

They were very efficient on their installation. I mean we did two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room... they sent in four people in and had it done in no time and it was very well done.

They were out to satisfy and they did a very nice job. They also cleaned up very well.

It went very well. They came in late afternoon and gave me an estimate. They came the next day and removed the old carpet. They then installed the new carpet.

They give a two hour window for service. They have this window for both sales and installation. They called when they were running late. They called me when they were on their way. They were polite and courtesy. They were very friendly and hardworking. I would recommend this company to others. I was very pleased.

They were across the board committed to service!

Overall the project was top notch. Workers removing old floor and putting down the laminate were excellent. They were very detailed and also provided advice that really made the project turn out better. The only compliant was with the communication between Sales and Installers. The sales side has said that the laminate flooring could not be put into the half bath so we decided to leave the existing tile floors. The installers came in and said that there was no way to leave the existing tile intact and that the laminate could be in a half bath (just not full bathrooms). With that, we had to have another purchase order placed that I am sure I was overcharged on because the rate appeared much higher.

The initial visit was simple since the sales rep brought samples to our home and even left them so we could choose paint for the room to match the carpet. The sales rep. provided helpful advice on the products and quickly measured several areas so we could decide which best fit our needs. He provided all this service within 35 minutes: very efficient overall. The order was placed quickly and installation was accomplished easily within 24 hours as advertised and promised. The quick turnaround time was very helpful for our busy schedules.

This was the best carpet experience weve had in 22 years of home ownership and re-carpeting. The sales rep. scheduled our visit in a timely manner, was well-organized and listened to our needs carefully to help us select the best carpet. The order was installed quickly as promised.
