They did a lousy job. We complained to them, with no satisfaction. They sent out the flooring people to look at it, didn't have any comment. Again sent out an independent evaluator supposed to get back to us in two week, never got back to us. Tried to contact Emmons and the phone has been disconnected. Very very unsatisfactory.

We bought the flooring elsewhere and hired them to install the flooring in our basement. They were quick, professional, very friendly and went above and beyond. They even fixed a part of our loose carpet in our main floor. I would indeed hire them again. Thanks Guys!

Scheduled an estimate and they never showed. Called and they had forgotten to put our estimate in their calendar. Had to reschedule. Brian was very professional when he got here and I felt he knew what he was doing and quality would have been good. I decided to do my kitchen and small bath downstairs myself, but wanted a revised estimate for the two bathrooms upstairs. That was two months ago and he called me last week asking if I still needed the upstairs done. I said send me an estimate and he never did. So over two months and no revised estimate. I will never use them because punctuality and professionalism are important to me. Brian did seem like a nice guy, but he needs to be on time and actually do what he says he will do. He was charging $5 a square foot to install tile, not a bad price.

It is not a big story.I picked out the carpet,they gave me a price,I said ok,and they installed it 2 days later with no problems.

Arrived for estimated on time. Provided written estimate with breakdowns for other possible jobs. Started and completed as expected. Worked around a water leak I was dealing with. Were neat and cleaned up every dat, even asking if it was alright to leave carpet and tools overnight. Would use again and recommend without reservatio

The owner was very responsive, the installer was very knowledgeable. The issues that came up on the job, the owner was willing to quickly address.

I called him 5 times. I talked to him personally 4 times and left one voice message. With my first call he asked if I would call him back in one hour because he was at a job and didn't have anything to write with. I called him back in one hour and he still was at the site. I called him the next day and he wrote down my name, address, home and work phone #. He was going call me back when he was in his office. Three days later I called him again. He had left my information at the job site. We agreed on two possible times for a appointment at 8am. He was going to check his calendar and call me. He did not call me back. So, I called him at 7:30am on the first suggested day. My call went to his voice mail. I again gave him my information. He has never returned my call. After two weeks and never receiving a call from him, I am assuming he is too busy for any new jobs. My job was small this time but I was planning on replacing most of the flooring in my house in the near future.

Project was done in less than two days. Install price was reasonable and carpet and tile price from wholesaler was outstanding.

INSTALLATION ONLY, DID GOOD WORK, VERY PUNCTUAL, EXPLAINED THE PROCESS BEFORE STARTING. MOVED FURNITURE. THEY VACUUMED, AND LEFT THINGS LOOKING GREAT, VERY ADAPTABLE TO MY REQUESTS.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND MET THEM. VERY GOOD AT DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND FIXING IT
