I will help you choose the best lot for your needs, the options that provide you the best value & satisfaction, and work with the builder to get your home built for the best price. Finally, I help current homeowners find contractors to provide specialty services, remodeling, and renovations.

I am a first time home buyer. I had got information online and Emily Bowman contacted me from Century 21. I informed her I was a 1st time home buyer. She was a wealth of information. A year went by and I was working on credit issues when Emily emailed me and asked me how things were going. I was so amazed a year later she followed up with me and remembered me. At this point I was pre-approved with a mortgage company and ready to start looking for homes. Emily offered great suggestions, advice, and provided helpful feedback. She seemed to genuinely care and was so great to work with. She was very friendly and personable and made my experience buying my first home so FUN! There was issues with my mortgage company and she basically stepped in and mediated with them so I didn't have to do it. I cannot say enough good things about her and I have recommended her to everyone. PLEASE! If you need to buy a home, use Emily Bowman, she is wonderful!
