Description of Work: The service was absolutely fabulous. From when I initially reached out and spoke to Daphne, to the time the movers left- everything was great. The move was actually for my parent who built a new house. They were obviously concerned about walls getting nicked etc, with everything being freshly painted. There was not ONE nick anywhere. The guys were so careful with all of their items. I know if they ever move again or I ever need moving services, we will for sure be calling Emerys!

Description of Work: They moved all of my belongings from my home to my new location. This included moving a safe for me. Two years later I have opened the safe and found that some of my valuables were missing. I can't prove that they took these items, but this is the first time that I've been into the safe and these items are certainly missing. My warning is to other members to be mindful of your belongings.

Description of Work: Our entire experience with Emery's was very good. We chose them because of their good reviews on Angie's List and on the recommendation of my sister-in-law who used their services recently. Daphne was very helpful and patient with me as I had to call a few times to ask questions. Our belongings were handled with care. Nothing was damaged or broken. The crews were professional, respectful and worked very efficiently. Emery's rates are reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Moved furniture and boxes from condo in Carmel to house on Geist lake. Careful but fast and not one scratch on anything. Won't use anyone else from now on. Highly recommend. |

Description of Work: I purchased $200 worth of service for $150. That covered 3 hours of service, but they have a 4 hour minimum, so I had to pay an extra $79 for the extra hour. Still a great deal. I just had the two men move stuff from inside the house to the garage out back so our house would show better. They did a good job, but I just felt like the whole time that they were not wanting to be there. I know moving isn't a fun thing and its tough, but they just seem put out to be there and I ended the day feeling guilty for asking them to move anything. At one point one guy said there was no way it was all going to fit into the garage, and I said they would need to stack things farther back in the garage and tighter (There was a lot of space). It all fit fine with space to spare, and the job got done without anything being broken and I guess that's all that should matter.
