Spring weather makes it a tough time to schedule yard work, but Elliott kept in touch and we found date that worked for both of us. He and his partner were very thorough and even weeded some spots we'd missed before they put the mulch down. We'll definitely call of them again when we have landscaping needs.

They did a good job, not great. They were very responsive and did the job when they said they would. I say they did a good job and not great because they did all the trimming and put all the mulch down, but didn't do some of the detail work, like making sure all the trimmings were removed from the bushes and they put mulch down over some weeds instead of removing the weeds first.

Excellent, they did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up all the debris from the tree trimming.

It didn't! I called last Monday and left a message. When I didn't here back by Friday, I called again and another machine is what I got. I said I was going to write a bad review on Angie's List. Within minutes I received a callback and "she" said they would be out on Tuesday 9/6/16 and they would call 1 hour before they came...I waited ALL DAY..,.NO CALL NO SHOW!!! Who does your research???

While weather got in the way for a few days, everything went really well and looks great. We can't wait for the grass to come in. Elliott was very professional and friendly and so was his crew. We will definitely have him back this fall to aerate and reseed.

I sent out messages to a few lawn providers. I needed to have someone to take care of my lawn the rest of the year. I realize it is hard to fit people in, because everyone is busy. I needed it to begin next week. However, I received one reply from this provider saying he might be able to fit me in, provide him my address, and he said he would get me a quote. I don't like the fact now that he has my address. The last two days I have sent messages asking for an update, and when I can plan on getting the information. I have not even gotten responses back, such as "I decided I am too busy" or "haven't had a chance". Therefore, another company, Davis Lawncare will be doing my lawn. they have communicated with me quite thoroughly and will begin Monday.

I left a message for the owner inquiring about hiring his company for a yard clean out and some other basic outdoor tasks/projects. He called me back and we agreed that he would visit my house and call me upon arrival so I could describe the work I wanted done. The appointment came and went with a no-call-no-show. I left a message for him the following day to please call back so we could reschedule. It's been about 5 days now and I have not heard back from him.

Elliot showed up on time and completed the work as scheduled.

I had some trouble with the scheduling and getting them out to my house, but once they got here they did a good job and did what I wanted to have done. A lot of emails went back and forth trying to come up with a time. Two people came out to do the job.

He's always courteous and professional, he responds in a reasonable amount of time, and he's more than happy to follow up if we have any issues with his work.

It went extremely well. The service provider works hard to get the job done right and works hard to provide great service.

They were on time, professional and did a very good job. I would recommend their services to others.

This company had the best price of three I contacted. They removed the leaves. They didn't mulch them like one landscaper wanted to do. I had three feet tall piles of leaves that couldn't be mulched. They showed up on the day they said and finished in one day.

The owner, Eliott Young, is clearly very responsible, responsive, a good listerner and willing to do research when he wasn't familiar with a particular plant I wanted. He offered strong opinion on plants which might not be appropriate and offerered reasonable explanations for why. He is an amazingly high energy worker, very courteous, respectful, and seems to have a lot of integrity. He is not a fancy landscaping firm, but his price shows that. He provided drawings and even went with me to pick out specific plants to ensure colors, heights, etc met my desires. Our yard looks sooo much better. I would definitely recommend him.

The service was ok but nothing too impressive. Scheduling an appointment was fine. I was expecting more precision and we had to dispose of the leaves ourselves.

The service went okay. I did have to pay an additional fee for what needed done. It ended up costing much more than I expected. What they quoted me was not what we got. One technician came out and there should have been two. We also needed the landscaping freshened as far as weeding and they did not complete the entire job. I would only use them again in the case of an emergency. I would not recommend this company.

It took him several months to do the work as he had so many calls due to the Big Deal purchases. The work was okay once they were able to do it. The only thing that was irritating was that he did not communicate well with getting everything scheduled.

We had a very good experience with them. They did that for a reasonable price. They came when they said they would come, and they did a very efficient and good work.

Elliott arrived when he said he would. He went above and beyond in his service by not only removing my leaves but quite a bit of landscaping debris as well. I was very happy with the work he did. In fact, I asked him for a couple of estimates for additional work. I would certainly recommend him to others.

We ordered a Big Deal 3 Hour Fall Yard Cleaning in Nov. 2014. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative and within days of placing the order and scheduling the clean-up the temperature dropped below zero and it snowed. . . . .for months on end and our Fall Clean-up could not be completed. Thankfully, Elliott is an honest businessman. He honored our purchase and placed us on the Spring Yard Cleaning schedule. Waiting for the weather to break has been our only obstacle with scheduling. Elliott was very good at communicating and keeping us updated on possible open dates. When his crew was finally able to perform the service, because of our lengthy wait between seasons, they provided us with a full lawn and garden cleaning, not limited to the three hours. We are very pleased with the pristine look of the gardens! The leaves are also cleared from the lawn, but it would have been nice to have the limbs and branches removed as well. In the end, no complaints! We are very thankful for a trustworthy and efficient service provider willing to go the extra mile.

Ordered in November 2013 for leaf removal, never completed. We ended up performing the service on our own. When you order leaf removal in the Fall you hope to get it done before it snows or go elsewhere. It's April and we managed to just do it ourselves by then. What a waste of time and money.

We got this coupon last year, but the snow prevented any work. Called and they were able to help pretty quickly. They did a thorough job, cleaned back and front yards and removed a mountain of vegetation.

I bought the Big Deal last fall, but with all the snow the clean up got delayed. Elliott kept in touch and I can tell you right now it was very much worth the wait.

It snowed before they got to me, but they called periodically during the log winter to assure me they'd be out when it melted. They worked so hard, we're punctual, polite, conscientious and friendly. Nice young me and very competent.
