Description of Work: Cleaned my chimney. I think it went ok. I only have one other experience with chimney sweeps (one last year), and this one was very fast. I always get a little worried when I feel like the task that I paid for is secondary to their 'other services'. I was given a detailed description of all the ways my chimney will be costing a lot of money in the near future. The sweep itself (including time on the roof) took all of 20 minutes, which probably means that I had a very experienced chimney sweep. Everything was kept neat and clean, which was appreciated.

Description of Work: Originally I purchased an deal through Angie's List for a new chimney cap. However, when the company came out, we found that we actually needed a new chase cover and a rust removal treatment to our brick chimney. The company deducted the deal credit to our total bill and everything worked out great. Definitely a reputable company to work with!

Description of Work: A very nice guy came out. Informed me that the services offered in the big deal could not be performed on my chimney. They did have alternate services available which typically cost $325+, he offered that service discounted by $99. I passed, I would consider them again for other services though.
