Description of Work: I got a quote for repair work. The person doing the inspection was very professional and personable. But I could not get the office to answer the phone or return my calls when I left a voice mail. When I finally did talk to them they said they lost my file. I tried to work with them but the office seems so disorganized, I used another service. Very frustrating to deal with.

Description of Work: I paid through Angies list and they said they couldn't clean my chimney because it had a insert. I asked several times for a estimate on what additional I would have to pay to get the job done. They promised a new estimate. It's been two weeks now and all they have said was to get a refund through Angie.
