Description of Work: Cleaned upstairs MBR double sided fireplace! Nice, quick and cleaned off the glass and realigned ceramic fireplace logs in my other fireplace! Great service have used them in the past will continue!

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about this company! The gentlemen who came and serviced my fireplace (gas) also fixed a couple of things that I had been told in the past could not be fixed!!!! My hat is off to Ely Stokes Co.

Description of Work: Cleaned chimney . Found one flu was blocked with bricks and other debris. They were to get back to me re how to fix the problem but never heard from them. Even called after a couple of weeks and was promised a call but have heard from no one. Was told no to use the fireplace.

Description of Work: Had paid for inspection and chimney cleaning, with the fee going toward any repairs. Since we haven't used our fireplace in years, tech said there was no cleaning to be done, but would apply my fee for a "crown saver" installation. No one to my knowledge ever came out to do that.

Description of Work: Great experience with Donnie from Ely Stokes. He cleaned three flues for us and was meticulous in cleaning up after himself. Very pleasant and willing to educate and the same time. Definitely will use again.

Description of Work: Very professional, gave my husband a good analysis of some issues we are having with the chimney. Would be happy to use them again. My husband said they were a little late, therefore the B rating in punctuality.

Description of Work: We paid $114, thru Angie's List, for a chimney sweep and safety inspection. A technician, Donnie, came to our home on Feb. 8, 2016. He was very professional and punctual. Donnie swept the flue smoke chamber. He inspected the chimney from interior of house. He stated that he would need to come back, with a second person, to inspect the exterior of chimney. |I called back n March to schedule for techs to come back out. I got the run around! The techs have to schedule for it, the weather has been bad, we are so busy... After a few calls back and forth, with a very condescending employee, techs were sent out on March 30th. I, initially, was not aware they came out because nothing was left at the door nor had anyone called to let me know they had been there. I inquired, via email this time, whether techs had been out and what their findings were. I was informed that the manager, who takes care of these things, was out for the week. I was worried about a possible leak and wanted to get repair work before more rain. The last response I got from the company was on April 1. I was asked, via email, if there was a leak. I replied back that I was not sure, but, there might be evidence of one. As of today, April 8, I have heard nothing back from the company.
