Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Photos were emailed by the customer and a quote was provided within a day of receiving. An option was given to have a technician come out, however we were 2-3 weeks out and the customer chose to send photos in lieu of having a tech come out. We would have encouraged a phone call and or questions in regards to the estimate and we would have happily come out to the customer's home.
