Description of Work: They fixed the damper and checked to see if it needed to be cleaned out. They also found out that where the chimney cap is attached; it was rotten, so they are going to give us an estimate on how much it would be to fix it.

Description of Work: I needed to make sure the chimney was clear and clean (I suspected birds had nested inside). Ely Stokes came very promptly, checked the chimney and the caps. The chimney was clean and clear of birds. There was no charge and they did give me an estimate for replacing the caps. This is what I call real customer service. The gentleman who came was polite, took care to not track dirt into my house and I give them an A+ and would recommend them to everyone needing this service.

Description of Work: I REPORTED A SLIGHT LEAK ALONG THE FIREPLACE INSIDE THE HOUSE, RAN ALONG THE WALL, EVEN INTO BASEMENT INTO BASEMENT. IT WAS STARTING TO WARP WOOD WALL OVER MANTLE AND MOISTEN BRICKS EVEN IN BASEMENT.

Description of Work: AFTER MANY CALLS WE FINALLY HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO REMOVE SOME ANIMALS FROM FIREPLACE. MR. STOKES DID NOT SHOW UP AND DID NOT CALL TO EXPLAIN THE NO SHOW.
