Description of Work: Had to call multiple times to schedule an inspection. Inspectors were filthy without any type of uniform. One took his shoes off instead of wearing the protective booties. Gross. Diagnosed my chimney as needing a liner. Never got the estimate that he assured me I would get promptly.

The customer emailed for an appointment versus calling. The inspectors do clean chimneys, so during the day, they may end up with a little soot on their clothing. We will talk with the inspectors about wearing booties, they are required to wear them in all homes. We appreciate the feedback.

Description of Work: My chimney seemed clogged and they arrived promptly. Took a look up there and said it wasn't dirty enough to clean. Asked me if I had done anything to make the house more energy efficient. Realized that I had replaced the windows the previous year - he explained that I might need a bit more air flow in the house to make the chimney vent properly. Now we create a small crack in the window nearest the fire and it works fine. He didn't charge a dime. Nice man, too.
