Description of Work: I called Elk Roofing for help with a gradual leak that was coming into my dining room ceiling. Jeff came out and juggled some shingles and left. I called again a couple of weeks later as the leak continued. He came out and promised a quote to do more extensive repair work. The quote was never provided. I called several times and he always promised he would get back time. I ultimately had to go with another roofing company and in the meNtime, I had to also repAir my dining room ceiling. I will never use Elk Roofing nor recommend. They not only were unable to adequately to the needed repairs, they were completely nonresponsive.

Jeff was a valuable member of our team for over 12 years but after several complaints like this his employment with us was terminated in Oct. 2014.
