 + -1 moreBetter than perfect. We thought it would take four or five days for the transport and it was done in under three. Richard was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. We felt perfectly comfortable handing him the keys to the car. Richard should do all their runs, because they would never have a problem, but then again he would never have a life!
Description of Work: We had to transport an SUV from Indianapolis area to Wala Wala, Washington.

 + -1 moreThis company was to deliver a lost bag to my home by 10:00 pm on September 8, 2007. For medical reasons, I was promised that I would receive the bag by that evening. By 10:00 am on September 9th, I still did not have my bag although it had been received at the airport. When I called Elite they lied and said they had called my home the evening before and there was no answer. I sat by the phone and we also have an answering machine. Larry was very rude. No one apologized for the overnight delay. Larry finally said he would get it to me by 10:30 that morning. When I mentioned Angies List, he said "if you are going to write a report about us, I will not deliver it until 2:00!! I have four hour window this morning and I will not get it to you early. You will be that last to have your bag." When I finally got my bag it was broken. Neither the other company nor Elite will claim responsibility for breaking the bag!
