I was very disappointed in their clean-up (there was padding and carpet in my yard) and they damaged a door. I reached out to the owner and shared pictures of the lack of clean-up and a picture of the door that was damaged. He responded that they would be out the next week to fix or replace the door. That was 13 days ago and I have not heard back. I texted again yesterday and no response. I try to use local businesses rather than big chains. In this case, it was a bad decision.
