+ -1 moreThey are good but are expensive. They have a lot of boxes and bring in a lot of boxes and charge you for the boxes and the paper. The ladies that come to work are very nice and plesant. They work hard but it's expensive.

+ 0 moreThe owner of the company as well as the two ladies who coordinated the packing and moving were fabulous and meticulous. They made the whole process of dismantling an apartment easy on us. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others. Very professional, honest, and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Elder Moves helped sort through items, clothing, and furniture in my mother-in-law's apartment after her death. They packed and sorted items for their final destination. Some items were donated, some went to storage, some to our home, and the rest to auction. They coordinated all of the arrangements and dealt with the moving company and auction company. They also provided a detailed listing of items which were donated.

+ 0 moreWe compared prices and found this company to be the best. Jeff came out to do the estimate and then he would call back several times that day to check on the move. They loaned us the garment boxes and they picked them up within in two days. They arrived on time and were professional. They went to work did the move and were gone. They had to remove a door frame to get the TV in and that was not a problem with them. We also had a piano and they said that would not be a problem. Jeff Ingle was the contact. We were impressed with the professional work we received.
Description of Work: They packed pictures and things of value. Loaded all the furniture and unloaded it.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived on time and were finished by lunch! They were sensitive to Dad's feelings and took time to listen to him and comment on family pictures and other memorabilia. It was a quick and easy move for all of us.
Description of Work: A crew of two men and two women came to my elderly father's apartment to move him to a different apartment in the same assisted living facility. The men moved all the furniture quickly, including taking down and setting up a hospital bed, and the women carefully packed and moved everything else, staying longer. I helped with moving the smaller items and directing furniture placement. The new floor plan was the same as the old one and they placed everything EXACTLY as it had been, including hanging pictures, sofa throws, hanging clothes, etc. causing the least possible disruption for my dad.
