We have been in our home approximately 1 year. I called to get an estimate on having an energy audit/thermo scan done to diagnosis the problem in an area of the house above our crawl space that was very cold. Bruce Everly listened intently and gave his diagnosis and made 3 low cost suggestions on how to deal with it. He described the work his company does as diagnosing and implementing changes in residential and commercial property to make them more energy efficient. He could have said we needed a residential diagnostic for $400 which would have dealt with much more than I wanted to know at this time, but instead gave me the benefit of his experience gratis. Talk about customer service and I'm not even a customer!. I will definitely recommend EIM to anyone desiring this type of service and will use them if we have the need when we have been in our home a bit longer.
