I contacted Tim requesting an estimate to replace my front porch posts (after having another company replace the concrete porch itself) as well as provide a quote to replace my front door and my patio door. At first, Tim was responsive - he took my call and outlined next steps, where he recommended we build out our doors on Pella.com and send him the design. After the design was sent, it took several calls (back and forth) just to schedule a time for him to come out and take measurements. During this visit, I was hoping for a quote for the doors, but apparently he was waiting on his distributor for the cost. No problem, it had only been a week or so...but time kept passing...day after day and eventually week after week, and still, no return phone calls from Tim and still no quote for the new doors or even a schedule date to replace the front porch posts. Finally,, out of the blue I received a quote for both. I decided to wait on replacing the doors, however, I asked him to replace the porch posts. I was told that the posts were out of stock and it would take several weeks to replace, I understand this was not his fault, but I was frustrated at the length of time that had already passed. Also, I was asked to pay a deposit up front for him to order the posts. I did not do this as I do not believe it to be very professional for any service provider to expect to get paid anything until the work is complete. Then again, out of the blue, I get a call about two weeks after the quote was received that the posts were in. His crew came out and performed the work, and while I am very happy with the quality of the work, I strongly feel that nearly $1500 to replace three porch posts and paint was way over priced.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie'slist for 8 hours of trim painting. Tim did an outstanding job - he was here on time, worked very hard the entire time and did a top notch job. He did some patching of the trim and completed all of the work I had lined up. He was very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend his work.

Prompt quote and scheduling. Three painters (Eden employees) completed the job in one day. Covered former dark maroon color with two coats of an almond color (close to yellow), which lightened the room significantly. Where the walls met the white ceiling this was tricky because the former dark paint had been applied inexpertly 15 years ago. To keep the former dark color from showing on the white ceiling they carefully chipped away the dark color where possible. The high places required long extension ladders. Good attention to detail and clean-up. Owner, Tim Eden, purchased paint, oversaw the beginning of the job and inspected it the next day. I was impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of all the Edens people.

Everything went well. The workers showed on time, they were friendly and courteous, and they did a decent job without leaving a mess in their wake.

Called provider. Asked about the Angie's List special for a painter for $999. Was told it would be one painter for 40 hours. Extra hours were calculated at $35/hour (I think). Advd room dimensions and they couldn't tell me if 1070 sq feet could be painted in 40 hours. They said they were very very busy and couldn't get to it for awhile anyway. I'd like to postpone my paint job for at least another year or two. Is it possible for me to get a refund, please?

Straightforward job.. got trim work done on approximately 1/3 of 2 story home. Will hire vendor to complete work.

Went great. They were really responsive to our need to get the project done quickly in preparation for the sale of our house.

He was able to schedule me very quickly. They painted three bedrooms for me. I paid additional to have him paint the ceilings in the three rooms and for the paint. They did a good job.

I have a very large rental at Butler University, and I wanted quite a bit of work done for my new tenants. I called Tim Edens of Edens Painting and Remodeling, and he met me at my house for a walk through. Within the hour after he left, I had a quote, which was extremely reasonable to me. He then had a crew out for a full day of work. Willie and Hector were great, very conscientious workers. They also communicated extremely well and would come to me with any questions or concerns. They walked me through after they were finished for a thorough inspection, and they cleaned up everything very well. Tim immediately called after they left to make sure everything was more than satisfactory. As the week went on, I decided I wanted more work done to the house. I called Tim again, and I discussed the work. Knowing I was on a time crunch, he worked it out so Hector and Willie could come back for the day. After going through everything I wanted done with them, they realized a little more help would be nice. So, Tim called to discuss this with me. He knew I was trying to stay within a certain budget, so he wanted me to know exactly where things stood financially and wanted no surprises on my end. This was SO appreciated and what I consider going above and beyond. Although its simply good business, I've had companies who didn't care less about communicating this with me. And in the end, it was well worth the money to get everything done and get it done extremely well! The additional Tim was just as great as Hector and Willie. The work was superb, and they finished some projects I didn?t get to last year and definitely wasn?t going to have the time and/or patience for this year. Rookwood Manor looks better than it ever has, and I take great pride in giving my student renters a beautiful home for the year they have it leased. This was made even more possible thanks to the investment of using Edens. Thanks so much, Edens Painting and Remodeling. I would encourage anyone looking at ANY projects to give Tim a call. I?m also happy to call Tim and his crew part of my Rookwood Fam, as they are now my go-to company for any issues big or small. Tim has agreed to be on call 24/7 for my tenants or myself when there is any sort of emergency, which makes life in managing properties just that much easier. Thanks again, guys?to each of you.

I was desperate to find someone to quickly paint the home my mother was moving into in less than a week. I posted a request to Edens and Tim called me right away to say he would make time to get the job done. I met him the next day at the property, he gave me a very fair estimate - along with a 10% senior discount - and was able to complete the job 2 days later! My Mom was delighted with the work and with the fact that she was not going to have to cope with the dark red and purple paint that had previously graced her walls. The move was satisfactorily completed this weekend and we have Tim and his crew to thank in part for the smooth transition. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

We just couldn't get it scheduled. No other issues.

Tim responded immediately when I requested an estimate. He arrived on time and there were no delays during any of this job. His estimate was provided quickly. He arrived to do the job on the day and time stated. I was out of town and he called to clarify aspects of the job. I was concerned about some baseboards that had some dried cement on them from a previous cement/drainage job, and after Tim painted them after removing the cement you would never know they had anything on them...they look super....and it saved me having to replace them. I am very pleased with the work and because there were no unexpected issues with the job or with timing. I would use Eden's again and I would suggest them to others. Thanks, Tim!!!!

Scheduling was OK. They worked with my schedule and I worked with theirs. They did a great job as well as with the caulking. They did a really good job with finishing. I plan on hiring them to do more work. They got more done than I thought they would get done and there wasn’t anything that I was unhappy with.

They did a fine job. I just bought one of their Deals which was great. I used their $999 package for painting which was fine and they did a great job and I will be having somebody else finishing that off. The painters knew exactly what they were doing, they did a great job. They covered up things nicely.

I purchased a big deal and was a bit delayed in contacting Eden's Painting to schedule the work. When I did call, Tim was very understanding and professional and able to fit me in within a few weeks. The day of the scheduled work, Tim arrived on time and was able to provide recommendations at to how to maximize his time. He was thorough in his work and all of the trim looks great. He also provided me with a few tips on ways that we could fix some bathroom plumbing issues we were experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tim for future work.

Hired them from an Angie's List Big Deal. Price was listed at $450; however, I had to supply the paint. Still, a great deal on the price, I thought. One snafu: I had just bought a new condo, & was staying in an apartment. Hired them to paint the condo, but on the scheduled date they showed up at the apartment instead. However, they made up for this by sending a crew out on their off day (Saturday). Job actually turned out to be harder than expected, as the Behr 2-in-1 paint I bought still did not cover the color on the walls. The painters had to apply multiple coats, but worked overtime to make sure the job was done right. Overall, I thought they did a very good job, & I was impressed and appreciative of their dedication. I would use them again.

The painting work went very well. The painter was here right on time and very professional.

I wasn't home when the painting was done. My husband was. The painter showed up late because he had the wrong address. I'm not sure if that was our fault or Eden Paint's fault. I believe they took the address off of the original coupon we used and not subsequent emails sent back and forth. We purchsed and 8 hour labor coupon. The painter worked for 8 hours and completed all of the living room (2 coats) and above the chair rail in the dining room (2 coats). They were unable to begin below the chair rail. My husband, who was home told him he would rather have the 2nd coat done rather than start on the lower half. I liked what he did. The edging at the ceiling and at the baseboards were crisp and looked nice, as did the area around the windows. That's why I wanted a professional to do the work. I just wish the rest of the dining room had been completed. I don't know how long it would normally take but there was no offer to complete the job at an additional charge. That would have been nice. But then, if I had been home, I would have asked, my husband didn't. But what was done was nice and I would use Edens again - with a better clarification of labor and hours.

It worked out alright and it looks good. He knocked it out in no time. He was pricey but he did it quickly and did a good job.

Every worker was neat and tidy about their preparation, painting and cleanup. Storms got in the way and they immediately rescheduled and got the job done to our satisfaction. We asked for them to paint all the second story of our home and we are finishing the remainder because we can.

There were a couple of huge windows. When those were done he continued painting woodwork until the Big Deal time was up.

Scheduling was prompt and easy. Tim called me within a day of my purchasing the Big Deal and a date was agreed upon. The painter arrived promptly, and began soon after I described the rooms I wanted to have painted. As it was a Big Deal for 8 hours, I specified where to start, what pieces should be painted, and what my priority areas were. He asked for clarification at good points for decisions, and I was able to choose where I wanted him to spend his time. I was very happy that he caulked all the trim where it had cracks between the wall and trim boards. He was neat, quick, and did a very good amount of work in the time allotted. I was happy with his friendliness, neatness and professionalism. He also gave me some tips for painting I was planning to do myself. I will definitely call them for more work.

There were no problems with the work. The workers showed up on time and finished the work,cleaned up and made sure we were happy with what they did. It looks GREAT. We will use Edens again
